Modern hotel in a beautiful setting and central location, close to restaurants and amenities.

Receptionist not very welcoming. Parking not enough for hotel guests. Small room with short-circuit in the electric plugs included. No help with luggage. Buffet breakfast chaotic, food not replenished, had to wait for scrambled eggs.

The location was the best bit of this hotel and that rfact that it had parking which as a bonus having come from Piran where there is very limited parking.

Unfortunately, I travel quite a lot and stay in a variety of places.I am neither fussy expect too much for what I pay for and that is good service and value for money, and of course clean even if basic. I felt that the Alp Hotel was the equivalent to a low grade Travelodge. The welcome was unenthusiastic and not very fourthcoming with any information. then when finding our room I can only describe the corridors, of which every other light was not working, was the equivalent of the decor of 'The Shining'. The 1970's theme also continued throughout the hotel. On getting to my room, not only was it two singles pushed together, badly (not a double) there was barely enough room either side on the beds to actually get in. Equally, at the bottom of the bed there was just about enough room to stand but very little space, espcially if there are two of you. I specifially requested a non-smoking room, and was allocated a smoking room. Additionally, on requesting a non-smoking room we were offered one that had no view and even less appealing. I couldnt help but feel that the there was little interest in customer satisfaction. Considering I booked this months in advanced and specifically asked for a 'nice room' as it was our anniversay, I felt that our room was one of the least favourable available. This was most certianly backed up by the running powerpoint show on the LCD screen in the foyer, where ALL rooms were substantially better than ours. I can't help but think that as we had a good deal through Bookings.com, they give you a 'cheaper' room to go with the price. I would not stay here again moreso through ther pricipal of their lack of customer care. the lady that greeted us (dark short hair) did not give a warm nor friendly welcome. it is a shame as first impressions last. the gentleman on reception who delat with us on check, however was much more friendly and had we met him initially I think it would have painted a different 'feel' altogether.

A fair hotel, but Bovec has better to offer.

There is not enough parking space for the hotel guests. The staff does not care, they direct you to the public parking. No help for the baggage is provided. Promised wireless does not exist or the signal in the room was to week. In the restaurant and lobby you need password to join the network, which is not offered or provided. Rooms are small and tastelessly furnished. There is no 24h check in. I had to pay in advance, because night clerk does not know how to issue a bill.

Location, good value for money.

No bed for two, instead three separate beds in the room. A bit outdated hotel.

Located in the beautiful city centre of Bovec. The hotel staff was polite. Clear room with fantastic view.

Príjemný rodiiný hotel s dostatočným vybavením aj na dlhší pobyt.

Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre bez pripomienok.

Wir haben ein Nichtraucher- Doppelzimmer bestellt. Das Zimmer stinkte nach Zigaretten und statt einem Doppelbet waren dort zwei separate Better nebeneinander. Das Frührstück war reichhaltig und gut aber statt dem frisch gepressten Orangensaft gab es dort ein Getränkeautomat. Sie bieten (booking.com) für eine Zuzahlung von EUR 6,- ein Abendessen an, man kann aber nirgendwo Information finden, was darin inbegriffen ist (Abendbüffet oder Menuauswahl oder nur ein Menu). Trotz diesen Mängeln hat uns gefallen.

Center Bovca z vso infrastrukturo. Prijazno osebje. Priporocam za krajsi obisk.

Zweckmäßiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, zentrale Lage, gemütliche abendliche Terrasse zum Wein trinken etc.

Parkplatzmöglichkeiten zu gering und benutzt von Unberechtigten

Het is er netjes, opgeruimd, receptie is aanwezig, parkeerplek bij het hotel. De cevapcici op het terras was uitstekend.

Het buffetdiner vond ik niet lekker. Het had teveel een gaarkeuken gehalte, was daarentegen wel goedkoop. De hele eetzaal straalt teveel massaliteit uit. Alsof er grote groepen geinterneerden tegelijk moeten eten. Het feit dat er geen wifi op de kamers is maar alleen in het restaurant en de bar vind ik ook een minpunt.

Freundliches Personal und gute Lage am Rande des Naturparks und zentral im Ort, so dass man auch Abends ohne Auto etwas Essen/Trinken gehen kann. Parken war direkt auf dem Hotelparkplatz möglich.

Einrichtung im Zimmer, speziell auch im Bad schon etwas älter. Nachts war ein Brummen konstant zu hören, also für Leute mit empfindlichen Ohren wohl problematisch, aber wenn man vom Wandern müde ist, dann macht es eh nichts aus.

Jó elhelyezkedés, segítőkész személyzet, szauna.

Nem volt kilincsre akasztható "ne zavarj" ill. "nem kérek takarítást" tábla, így egyszer a takarító akart bejönni, amikor pihentünk volna, majd pedig kiadták a szobánkat új vendégeknek, akik szintén szerettek volna bejönni, de mi épp a szobában tartózkodtunk.

Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage!

Grande albergo centrale buona posizione. Camere dignitose. Cucina....si potrebbe fare di più...anche per la colazione. Lingua italiana buona.

Nice hotel. Perfect location. Rooms are comfortable.

La struttura è indubbiamente funzionale, e avendo una notevole ricettività consente di trovare una sistemazione anche al viaggiatore di passaggio o che prenota all'ultimo momento.

Il personale non si segnala per una particolare cortesia, ma è comunque corretto nello svolgere le proprie funzioni. La presenza di una postazione Internet pubblica è assai utile al viaggiatore sprovvisto di pc personale, però le tariffe di connessione potrebbero essere più basse, dal momento che si supporrebbe trattarsi di un servizio per la clientela e non del core business dell'albergo. Inoltre è inutile pretendere continuamente dall'utente Internet il pagamento di un pugno di spiccioli con l'aria e il tono di arcigni gabellieri, sarebbe sufficiente aggiungerlo con discrezione al prezzo della stanza.
