Excellent central location, clean rooms Austrian twin style beds seemed to be the only accomodation option. Breakfast wasn't great, though not terrible |

The room was fine, the staff friendly and facilities adequate for the class of hotel. We were in general happy with our stay. The breakfast included in the room price was not up to the standard that we found in other hotels in this class that we stayed in during our trip to Slovenia. |

Please see the following paragraph paragraph etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc We stayed one night. We did not sleep at all. Unfortunately there was a large wedding party going on till 4am seemingly right outside our window. I feel we should have been told in advance what to expect, in which case we would have stayed elsewhere. I made my feelings clear and received a paltry 10% discount - not good !! |

Pleasing wellness mini-center, with three kinds of sauna. The breakfast was quite poor and food was not available till the end of breakfast time (in particular, croissants). |

die freundlichen und stets bemühten Rezeptionsbediensteten. Auch die Dame/Bedienung in der Bar war sehr nett und hat, trotzdem es eigentlich schon spät war, uns freundlicherweise noch einen Schlummerdrunk ausgeschenkt das Frühstück und der Raum wirkt ein wenig steril - keine Mitarbeiter zu sehen. Hier könnte eigentlich jeder dahergelaufene einfach frühstücken kommen |

Freundliche, hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnnen. Die zentrale Lage und die zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplätze. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können. |

Das Hotel strahlt Ruhe aus, das Essen war in Ordnung, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Das Zimmerfenster war innen beschlagen, im Hof ein Schutthaufen, die Hinweise wie Z B.:" Notausgang" sind nicht gut beschriftet. |

Kicsit hangosabbak voltunk a kelleténél mert jól éreztük magunkat. A portás ránkszólt határozott volt és udvarias. Nem volt medence bár nem is igérték viszont volt hűs patak! |

A környezet, hegyek, kirándulási lehetőségek gazdag programkínálat.A Szálloda ár-érték aránya is rendben. Bár kinyomtattam a foglalást amit Önök igazoltak vissza, a Szállodának érkezésünkkor fogalma sem volt róla! Véletlen, de volt ilyen szabad szoba, elfoglaltuk, és érdekes de az Önök által feltüntetett akciós árnál lényegesen kevesebbet kértek másnap reggel!!!!!!!! |

Sehr gut waren Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Lage im Zentrum des Ortes, Informationen über mögliche Ausflugsziele und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Auch die Information und Buchung über Internet haben gut geklappt. Auch wenn unten kritische Anmerkungen kommen, die positiven Seiten haben klar überwogen. Für Spätaufsteher war das Frühstücksbüffet nur mehr in Resten vorhanden, nicht motivierend war auch das Verbot, Gebäck mitzunehmen. Eine Nacht verbrachten wir mit wenig Schlaf, wachgehalten von Gesängen trinkender Landsleute. Alle drei Probleme hängen wohl mit dem Gästeprofil des Hotels zusammen und sind nur schwer in den Griff zu bekommen. Unsere Laune hat das aber kaum getrübt. |
