ho apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff e la estrema centralità rispetto alle cose da vedere, ai locali dove mangiare ecc.. assolutamente impossibile a mio modo di vedere che un albergo del genere a quel prezzo non abbia la possibilità di parcheggio... e neanche di sosta per il carico e scarico dei bagagli...e nelle vicinanze dell'albergo è assolutamente impossibile parcheggiare se non in divieto di sosta!!! |

posto fantastico,personale gentile e disponobile, locazione dell'hotel perfetta a piedisi raggiungono luoghi di visita ma anche pubs discoteche e ristoranti.la colazione a buffet è squisita,mai mangiato cosi bene in un hotel.le camere e l'arredamento in genere è molto cdurato fino nei dettagli.grande scelta questo hotel. |

Posizione centrale ma molto tranquillo. Unico problema il parcheggio non c'è.L'hotel si trova nella zona pedonale, servirebbe almeno un pas per scaricare e caricare i bagagli.Per il resto tutto OK. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, and nice garden view from back window. nice location in "old" city. difficult to get to because streets are blocked off. morning coffee service was inefficient. shower/sink were crowded. thus euro/economy designation. |

A really attractive building situated in a quiet square in the old town, close to all the sights, the castle and the restaurants/bars. Large room overlooking slightly neglected garden. Excellent breakfast. |

Very friendly helpful staff - made us a 'packed breakfast' at 5am, lovely location on a pretty square, big suite, great bathroom etc. Quirky sense of interior design - mixture of kitsch and couture - not sure about the carpets though! |

The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The place is beautiful and very well located. The breakfast was really good. I would stay there again. They should post that they do not have parking at the hotel, it is in a pedestrian zone, so you must find your own place to park and walk in to the hotel. Also, the stairs to each room are a bit tough. |

Excellent location, relaxed atmosphere and very helpful staff. A wide choice of quite different rooms. Our room was good and suited our purposes, but it was very expensive, even if you compare it to London, Paris or Madrid. |

Centrally located in old town: one block from the river, 5-min walk to the Triple Bridge. 20-min walk to the train and bus stations (1 mile). Spacious room with sitting area, very traditional deco with antique furniture. Spacious bathroom (toilet separated). Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast included. Very quiet. No elevator (physically challenged makes sure use rooms on lower floors). Our room has a huge chandelier, a tall person needs to be cautious walking around (banged on my husband’s head often). The bed squeaks badly, pillow quality was poor - need to be replaced. |

The hotel is located inside downtown, close to city landmarks. Nice building with nice interior. 1. The hotel was in the edge of pedestrian area but I had to carry all my luggage by hand for 300-400m, nevertheless it was easy to organize parking a car close to the hotel just for dropping/taking the luggage. 2. The hotel building is old – narrow rooms, corridors and entrances, steep stairs. |
