Antiq Hotel    

My room was so huge !!!! so palatial !!! The hotel is beautiful and very close to the museums, to the castle, the river.... Staff is very nice and helpful.

I liked everything.

The location was really good. Everything was near, but still the neighborhood was mostly quiet (except the church bells). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would not have needed the church bells in the early morning to wake me up.

The location of the hotel was excellent being very close to most amenities and central. bus and train stations approx 15mins walk away, very friendly and helpful staff, our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, would definately go back

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The absence of a loft, especail;l;y for the top flor room we had, made stair climbing a really hard task Also, for reasons we fully understand, the bathroom space was very restricted.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. it was ideally situated. We enjoyed our stay.

Great room size with massive bed. Nice sun room included which looked over to the garden - would be lovely in summer. Good breakfast included in room rate and staff were helpful with our requests. As we were arriving on a bank holiday the staff saved us a few euros with on-street parking suggestions - much appreciated. Great location

Bad restaurant recommended by reception staff for Slovenian cuisine - sent us to a tourist trap unfortunately. A few cobwebs could be seen kicking around the room, but generally clean.

Fabulous location. Fabulous breakfast. Helpful & friendly staff.

The sleeping section of our room (15) was incredibly tight. We both bashed and cut our legs (more than once) on the end of the bed as we walked past it to the bathroom. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. A poor night's sleep ensued.

Great hotel with character and charm with a superb location in the center of the city on a quiet square.

No elevator. If I had more bags it would have been difficult. The desk clerk did offer to help with the bags which was great however not needed at that time.

Breakfast sucked, really. The kids at the reception were like high all the time. We had a problem with the safe and we had to call the "boss" cos nobody else took it seriously .... Our passports were in the safe and it wouldn't open, so imagine the fun. And finally, it wouldn't hurt having our room clenead, we stayed the 5 nights. Thumbs down!!!

Just like home

The old town of Ljibilana is a beautifull town, especially around Christmas its buzzing, its all pedestrianised so good for wandering around at your leisure, The hotel is nicely located for this.

As its is pedestrianised, you or somebody, has to carry your luggage to the hotel which is about a 200 metre walk, there is no hotel parking but there is a secure car park about 300 metres away which you do have to pay for, The Hotel has NO lift as the stairs are quite steep so no good for people with walking problems.

Antiq Hotel is a great little hotel in the heart of the old city. located within the pedestrian way so easy to walk to all sights. Rooms were supper -- spacious and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were new and very functional. A great place to stay in the old city center.

The new pedestrian areas means you can't drive to hotel to drop luggage which was a pain! Seems like they should allow short-term access for that reason since hotel is close to the edge. You drop your luggage 100 meters from the hotel, The carpark was then some further distance away.

The hotel has character and is ideally situated in the heart of old Ljubljana. The rooms were small but the facilities were well thought out and the overall result lead to a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes. The staff were peasant and very helpful. We would certainly recommend the hotel and hopr to stay there again in the future.

The absence of a lift, although we appreciate that because of the historic nature of the hotel it would be difficult to provide such a facility.

Great location with friendly helpful staff who had obliged with our room request. The room was antiq style and perfect for old town visits of Ljubljana. Breakfast was ok with enough variety to please. We would stay there again.

I loved my stay in the gorgeous Antiq hotel and only wish it could have been longer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the surroundings beautiful. I will definitely recommend it and come back when i can.

The hotel was very quaint and we loved the location once we figured out that it was inside a walking only address. Breakfast was great. We would definitely return to Antiq Hotel if we are lucky enought to revist Lubjana

We drove in to the city and tried to figure out how to get to the hotel then after a phone call realized that we had to park outside the old town and transfer our baggage to the hotel. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice but not always at the desk when we needed her.

Friendly service. Excellent location. Pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast.

A Superb Hotel right in the centre of Ljubljana within walking distance of everywhere in the Old Town. Great staff and fantastic ambience in the breakfast courtyard listening to Conservatorium students practice nearby

Beautiful small hotel,in the heart of the old city. Really good breakfast in an attractive dining room. Spacious room, practically a small apartment. Polite staff. Free wi-fi connection and also a computer with internet connection in the lobby of the first floor. Bathrobes,slippers, everything a 4-star hotel is supposed to have. I would gladly stay there again.

No parking space near the hotel. Also,we were traveling with 3 other couples and although we all paid the same amount of money, the rooms were not of the same quality so some of us were very satisfied while others weren't.
