We arrived late for a short break on the way, the hotel was great, clean, the room is big with all the facilities. I wish we could stay more |

Close to the highway, beautiful surroundings. We had to call and wait half an hour for a girl who came only to open the hotel and to take the money. Then she dissapeared. We were the only guests and only persons in the whole hotel - nobody else. It was even a little terrible in this big, empty building in the wood. It's a pity. This very nice hotel, situated in a magnificent place is in bad condition. It needs new management. it's not a four star hotel now. |

I loved the wonderfull nature and the beautifull garden. the room was very comphortable and the design was fascinating. the service had proper attitude to the guests. we want to go on a longer vacation there. |

There was free wireless internet and free car parking. Nobody was aware of our reservation. There was no staff and the hotel was locked. After a call, a man came 35 minutes later. Although the breakfast was included in the price there was no breakfast, but with no reduction in the price. No staff in the hotel during the night. The man at the reception took our passports, and tried to cheat us with the money. Credit cards was not accepted, only cash. |

die absolut traumhafte lage. die ruhe die von diesem ort ausgeht. das 65 m2 grosse zimmer das wir leider nur eine nacht da waren. |

l'organisation de l'espace est pratique , l'environnement protégé et très beau .L'hôtel est vraiment au calme. Impossible de payer avec une visa , la machine la refusait ...Une seule personne en service à notre arrivée , isolés en cas de problème. |

Tout s'est bien passé Nous sommes arriovés à 19h00 après 12 heures de route il n'y avait personne à l'hotel alors que l'arrivée pouvait se faire jusqu'à 19h30 Nous avons contacté Booking la personne devait arrivé 15 mn après nous avons attendu 45 mn après un longvyage je trouve que l'on peut mieux faire comme accueil |

La chambre était pour 6 personnes mais il y avait 2 lits simples, un canapé converible pour 2 personnes et un autre lit où 2 enfants de 7 et 4 ans ont eu du mal à dormir ensemble. Il n'y avait absolument pas d'eau chaude. L'hôtelier n'est pas présent sur les lieux : il faut l'appeler et attendre qu'il arrive, soit au minimum 15 minutes. |

Hotel très calme en retrait du village dans les bois. Pas de bruit, chambre simple avec petite cuisine. Difficile à trouver, manque de panneaux. Pas de personnel ! Nous avons dû appeler à notre arrivée et attendre 15 minutes pour réceptionniste. Aucune possibilité de se restaurer. Terrasse et extérieur pas entretenu! |

Grote kamer, voor 5 personen een bed. Badkamer met bad. Bij aankomst niemand, er hing een telefoonnummer en na 10 minuten kwam er iemand die gelukkig engels sprak. Terrein lag er ook slecht onderhouden bij, speeltuintje kon ook een likje verf gebruiken. Het hotel daarentegen zag er leuk uit en was ook goed. |

Hotel perdu dans la campagne, mais à 5 ou 6 km de l autoroute. Proche des termes de Toplice. Calme assuré, Apart hotel. A mi parcours entre Zagreb et Ljubjlana. Cuisine équipée en totalité, idéale pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner en vacances ! ça ressemble plus à un studio qu à un hotel Loin de tout, inaccessible sans voiture. Pas de restauration sans prendre la voiture. Un seul restaurant en bas dans le village. On se sent perdu d autant que les cartes gps ne sont mises à jour que très récemment. Verifier votre gps avant de partir sur la Slovénie |

ho apprezzato la calma e la tranquillità del luogo Le indicazioni per trovare l'albergo erano carenti e l'ubicazione dei cartelli indicatori decisamente sbagliata. I cartelli indicatori vanno posti in maniera visibile, utilizzando la logica di chi arriva con l'automobile e deve capire dove e quando girare! |

Abbiamo gradito tantissimo la piena disponibilità dello staff e la piena libertà nell'utilizzo di saune, vasca idromassaggio e palestra. Non abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di ragnatele e la poca pulizia dell'appartamento. |
