This is a private house with 3-4 apartments for rent. Landlord/ landlady live upstairs. They are very kind and helpful. There is a free parking on the property which is quite convenient in Portoroz. Apartment for 4 persons that we rented was spacious and clean. Apartment we rented was on the ground floor. Windows were facing common area/parking in the yard so there was some (very liitle) car noise and one could hear all the conversation that took place there. |

Location is good, many activities available in walking distance. Also very silent place. No cleaning during the visit. Some difficulties in communication with english. No air condition. Many broken items in rooms, for example lamps. |

excellent location, 2 mins from sea front. very clean comfortable, spacious apartment. polite, civilised resort with good facilities. no kettle in kitchen, just a coffee machine |

Great location. Owners live on the premisis so are always available. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Also for an apartment it really needs a washing machine as laundry mats are almost no existant in Portoroz. |

Уютный домашний отель. Прекрасное расположение в 100 метрах от моря. Тихое зелёное место. Просторные, удобные апартаменты со всем необходимым кухонным оборудованием. Удобная парковка во дворе. |

Het is een mooi ruim appartement en ligt kort bij het centrum. Als je naar Piran wil kan je het beste met de bus gaan, dit kost maar 1 euro p.p. en de halte is maar 500 meter van het app. (onder aan de grote weg) |

Notre appartement se situait dans une villa où il y avait aussi plusieurs appartements , sa situation est à 500 mètres de la mer et des magasins assez calme et très propre . Le soir , nous pouvions aller au restaurant (nombreux) et aussi déguster de très bonnes glaces dans un salon de thé . ..Le parking un peu petit .... |

Paikan omistaja asui itse samassa talossa eikä heitä tarvinnut etsiä muualta. Astioita oli tarpeeksi. Kylpyhuoneen ilmastointi on huono. Apartementoksessa saisi olla perustarvikkeita: vessapaperia enemmän kuin yksi rulla, käsisaippua, kaapissa suolaa, sokeria, tiskiainetta. |

Komfortowe, przestronne i wygodnie urządzone wnętrza, kameralna atmosfera, ogród i patio do wykorzystania przez gości, możliwość zabrania psów, lokalizacja blisko morza i głownej promenady. Nieprawdziwa informacja na stronie internetowej - za psy pobrano dodatkową opłatę, niejasna sytuacja, co znaczy, że są akceptowane "na zyczenie" - wpisanie psów w polu "uwagi" zdaniem obsługi było niewystarczające. Cena jest zbyt wysoka w stosunku do jakości. |

relativement spacieux pour le prix (deux chambres et un clic clac dans le salon), petite terrasse bien agréable, parking et proximité de la rue principale (Obala qui longe la mer). Voisins/propriétaires sympathiques et discrets |
