Apartments Vila Barka  

Every day, clean rooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Sea and pool view Takes 20 min. to Portoroz center by foot but again 20 min. to walk to Piran .. (Anything special in the portoroz center but Piran must be seen)

Even ıf you are stayıng at the hotel; you have to pay 3 Euro/day for a sunbed by the pool. Just apart without any breakfast, lunch , dinner so that a bit expensive.

- Perfect position - near the beach, between Piran and Portoroz, possibility to visit another near locations Izola, Koper, Trieste, Umag, Porec, .. - Almost every appartment has see view - Free Parking - Free near welness facilities - Pool (espec. for families with small children) with Gym animation - Music/Programs performances near the appartment - Hiking/Cycling possibility

- No WiFi within the appartments - No free beds/sun umbrellas - sometimes the "noise" in pool during the evening (after 22.00) caused by youngers .. (should be more protected) ..

I like the way the resort is built up as a little city with the laguna, the bars and the different buildings,. I love the church, and the different plateaus. Most of the staff was very friendly, and even though they could have their difficulties speaking english, they really wanted to try. We enjoyed that the "beach" wasn't that crowded. Furthermore we think it is positive, that people can bring their dogs. We don't ourselves have one, but it makes the surroundings less of a tourist resort, and really cosy, when the four-legged friends are a funny part of the picture.

When we arrived, we met a not very serviceminded, receptionist. It felt as though we were a lot of trouble coming to the hotel. We got very little information, eg about the parking, so the days after, that gave us a bit of a struggle. It was hot, we had been driving the whole day and night, and we didn't know the surroundings, the resort, the rules, or the language, so it would have been very nice getting a bit of information from the beginning. At first we got the wrong appartment (we were promissed, in writing, not to stay on top of the bar, but she provided os with the room just on top of it). When returning to the reception to draw attention to this, we were surely a lot of trouble, even though I was friendly and smiling. It would be a good idea to consider escalators at the resort, due to the hills and many stairs. For most people the parking lot, which is very crowded, is a long way from their hotel room, and carrying heavy luggage, it can be a challenge with the many steps. Some resorts do have escalators for the same reason. Staying in the apartmants it would be nice having a supermarket at the resort. The little market could provide with milk, water, bread in the morning. We were in lack of af wider variety of daily goods, as the nearest supermarket is situated in Portoroz. The beach, read: very dried-out grass, craved for water (that would be comfortable and beautiful). Or they could make an artificial beach with sand, seen elsewhere in Portoroz. I really think they ought to consider renovating the buildings. Some paint would do miracles. It's a shame to let the buildings (mostly hotel Vile Park) decay in that way. It could be so beautiful, so bring out the paintbrush. We once went to the Hotel Histrion for dinner, but left again. The food lacked variety and colour (it looked very grey all over), and apart from the fish, a poor selection of varied and healthy food as well.

pogrešali smo odeje (prešite ali kakšne druge) za pokriti, ker sem imela s sabo dva otroka...v času prvomajskih počitnic so bile noči še dokaj mrzle in ena rjuha na osebo je bila izključno premalo!!!

старые номера, неуютно. цены на проживание и услуги завышены. персонал все поперепутал, насчитали двойной ценник и придумали доп.услуги. Old rooms, non comfortable. Prices are too much for rooms and services. Staff made big mistakes with price for my room and extra fees.

Tengerre néző,tágas ,tiszta szobát kaptunk. Portoroz -Piran központjai pár perc alatt elérhetőek. Üzletek,kávézók,éttermek a szálloda komplexum aljában. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Toller Meerblick. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die tägliche Aqua-Aerobic war spitze. Mit dem Bus oder dem Touri-Bähnchen ist man schnell in Portoroz Zentrum. Wir kommen wieder!

Очень хороший отель.

Sok extra szolgáltatást is kínálnak, csak ezeket nem minden esetben mondják el a megérkezést követően (pl. ingyenes fedett wellness/strand használati lehetőség).

A klíma berendezések régiek és nem igazán működnek megfelelően.

Gli appartamenti si affacciano direttamente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia. Non male arredamento e dotazioni. Comodo terrazzo con tavolo e sedie.

Angusta scala a chiocciola per raggiungere gli appartamenti posti al primo piano. Perenne odore di fritto proveniente dal ristorante sottostante.

Sauber, freundlich, angenehm, tolle Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Baar unter unserem Balkon war manchmal etwas laut. Das Morgenbuffet war nicht gerade anmachend, zu viele Leute, für 8eur nicht sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Апартаменты Vila Barka оказались лучшими из апартаментов в Отеле Villa Park по расположению - первая линия от моря. Вход на пляж для постояльцев отеля бесплатный. Лежаки, зонтики платно (как и везде). Полотенца меняли каждый день. Кондиционер работал исправно. От Пирана до Порторожа через территорию Отеля курсирует "паровозик" по расписанию (3,5 Евро за билет)

Питание в ресторанах дорогое. Парковка бесплатная, но место найти проблематично. В апартаментах нет интернета.

Dovolj velik prostor,dobre postelje,dovolj vzglavnikov, pozicija ob morju,opremljenost s klimo, položaj objekta glede na sonce. Vsakodnevna skrb za čistočo in urejenost apartmaja ter redna menjava brisač, vljudne in pridne čistilke ,katere so skrbele za naš apartma.Bližina centra, restavracij. Enostaven prihod do bazena in morja.Prijaznost uslužbenk in uslužbencev pri vhodu na bazen oziroma plažo. Skratka bilo nama je všeč skoraj vse.

Všeč nam ni bil televizor, ta je precej premajhen. Mogoče bi lahko še kaj dodali pri opremljenosti kuhinje. Mogoče kaki krožnik , kozarec, pribor več, lonec, ponev. Ne všeč, probleme smo imeli z vodovodno pipo v tuš kabini. Regulacija je bila zelo problematična.To sem povedal tudi pri odhodu vaši receptorki. V bistvu same malenkosti, katere bi lahko tudi zanemaril, vendar vam napišem zgolj zaradi vas, da bi še te malenkosti odpravili in bili idealni. Vaš apartma sem že priporočil tudi drugim,vendar je cena malo previsoka.

Aparmán pohodlný, klimatizace dost hlučná, takže v podstatě nemožné ji mít puštěnou přes noc. Balkon prostorný. Úklid každodenní a obsluha velmi příjemná. Jíst v místních restauracích ( oproti okolním městům ) je dražší záležitost. Produkty na pěší obchodní zoně cenově srovnatelné. Pokoje s výhledem na moře jsou lepší, než na náměstí hotelového komplexu (jsou zde dost často akce a živá hudba). Pro děti málo akcí. V apartmátu, i přes čistotu, nedostatky - rozbité zavírání sprchového koutu, rozbité dveře k balkonu (šly zavírat i otevírat, ale bylo to složitější). Zašpiněné (vyprané, ale asi nevypratelné) záclony. Mořský park Laguna ve vedlejším hotelu pro děti super (zdarma pro ubytované). Moře úžasně čisté a plné života. Okolní města nádherná na výlety.

Rozbité některé části zařízení apartmánu. Hlučnost diskoték do ranních hodin z protějšího města Portorož. Minimální program pro děti a pískoviště řešené oddělenou částí od beach voleybalového hřiště - na parném slunci. Při ubytování v App. Vila Barka se platí slunečníky i lehátka jak u bazénu, tak na pláži. Pláž není písková. Je zde písek zatravněný. Vstup pro děti pozvolný asi 3 metry (kamínky), jinak nutné s dětmi na jinou pláž. Trampolína pro děti opět za poplatek 2 EUR.

Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Wenn man sich über die Balkonbrüstung lehnte konnte man sogar das Meer sehen. Immerhin. Unter dem Appartements befand sich ein "Cafe" was jede Nacht laute und schlechte Housemusik spielte. Erst nach mehrmaligem Anrufen bei der Reception konnte die Security das einstellen. In einer Nacht musste die Polizei kommen. Dann war endlich gegen 2:30 Ruhe. Strand gab es leider keinen, der gesamte der Anlage war zum Wasser hin betoniert, Zugang ins dann über Pool Leitern. Grundsätzlich nicht zu empfehlen.

Čisté, prostorné pokoje za rozumnou cenu. Hezký výhled.

Recepce k apartmánům nebyla dobře označena, a proto jsme se musely ptát domorodců na informace. V apartmánech byl sice kávovar, ale rychlovarná konvice ne.

Schöner Blick auf Swimming pool und Meer, schöne Loggia, zentrale Lage im Hotelkomplex Bernhardin, scneller Zugang zum Swimming pool, der nicht überfüllt war.

Dusche sollte erneuert werden, Klimaanlage zu laut, Wohnraum etwas eng.

Blizu plaže, bazena, lepa okolica.

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Aüparment liegt am Strand. Schöne Aussicht.

Blick auf das Meer und den Pool, die Nähe zu beidem war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmergröße war für 3 Personen optimal. Von der Größe der gesamten Anlage war ich überrascht, das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, der Stand (Freibad) ist sauber und sicher, leider muss man um Schattenplätze kämpfen. Liegen (sehr unbequem)und Schirme müssen bezahlt werden, daher empfiehlt es sich diese selbst mitzubringen, sonst wird es teuer. Supermarkt ist keiner in der Nähe, aber es gibt einen kleinen Markt im Komplex. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr überlaufen, kein Besteck, keine Tassen, lange Schlangen beim Kaffeeautomat, selbst gemachtes Frühstück im Apartment empfehlenswert, frische Semmeln gibt es im Markt ab 8 Uhr morgens. Sonst ist die Anlage sehr sauber und eben im 3 Stern Segment, Preis Leistung stimmen.
