Where can I start? Hotel is located on the slopes of Pohorje out side of Maribor. You can reach the city center with a 5 minute car ride. Hotel is right on the slopes. It has a beautiful view of the mountain. Hotel is really new and everything is excellent. Hotel staff was really friendly and eager to help. I told them that our trip was special and they threw roses all over the room. Great touch. Room is spacious with great king size bed. Lots of pillows and really comfy. Mini bar is really nicely stocked and the prices are descent. Bathroom OK. Wifi connection was excellent in the whole hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there are lots of choices of cold cuts, salads, cereal, yogurts, fruits, and hot plate with big variety of hot food. Spa is amazing! Lots of saunas, couple of whirpools and resting areas. Open late so you can enjoy it after a long day of walking around. I would recommend this hotel to everybody because I know that I am coming back!

We booked a Superior room with a balcony which was fantastic. The bed was enormous so good nights sleep had by all. The breakfast, well you were just spoilt for choice. Excellent! Staff very friendly and could not do enough for you It was a little bit busier than I expected but thats not really the hotels fault so no I liked everything

hotel is in front of ski slope. even it is end of summer, there are several entertainments for family holiday,especially for children. room was fine and bed is comfortable. wide & clean bathroom ,woody furniture, good breakfast...everything is perfect.

Wow, what a hotel! very nice staff, we did not expect such a high class. We also got a nice present for our baby and it was very nice. not a lot of king size beds, but two beds joined together did the trick.

What to say about these guys?! We prepaid 5 nights without cancellation possibility and as it usually goes in last minute we had to postpone and shorten our planned break. I contacted hotel just to try get something back even though it was "shooting blanks" and on our surprise hotel stuff offered us new dates (matching our new request). Not only this, but since we could not get cash back, these guys boost us with (for the difference in prepaid reservation and new booking) dinner for all 4nights + unlimited access to spa....and they have all the rights to charge us for first, prepaid booking + new booking. Breakfast and dinner were very good with variety of meats, veggies, salads, + local specialties.. I will go back no matter on circumstances!

The spa is very nice and the staff very good. Breakfast with organic products and a dedicated staff to prepare fresh eggs. Rooms are modern and very big. Our room was just above the bar where the first night a group of people made a lot of noise until around 2 o'clock in the night, but with the window closed was very quiet. To reach the city centre a car is needed

Hotel itself is situated in amazing location in Pohorje resort – very good for relaxing after busy business day. Room was very clean, internet connection free of charge, stable and fast. Rich buffet breakfast and very friendly and supportive team in hotel. I just would like to highlight quality of food in hotel restaurant – it’s very tasty, nice decoration on plate, good Slovenian wines and staff there able to recommend you the best wine according your type of food. Next time being there, Arena is definitely preferred hotel.
