Hotel Balnea Superior

The saunas were OK but not very big and they stay open till 11pm friday and saturday.

Food was average, service was substandard. I was not able to get ice sent up to the room at 8pm. Staff at front desk was more interested in watching TV and told me to go the restaurant and get my ice there. The bed was hard as a rock as were the pillows. In my reservation, I requested a room on the top floor and a jacuzzi bathtub. I got neither when I checked in. Pool was not very big.

Ottima infrastruttura, moderna ma calda. Accogliente.

Non cambiano la biancheria da bagno se proprio non la si butta per terra. Nella mia canera non hanno mai sotituito shampoo e bagno schiuma, anche se gli originali erano terminati; non accettabile per un 4 stelle. Macchinoso e complicato entrare in auto nel parcheggio (1 citofono da suonare per sollevare la prima sbarra, e per fare alzare la seconda bisognava scendere dall'auto e andare in reception).

Die Zimmer sind wunderbar zweckmäßig und gleichzeitig sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig in diesem Hotel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar im Prinzip sehr reichhaltig, wird aber nicht aufgefüllt. Das bedeutet, dass für Menschen, die nach 8.00 Uhr kommen, nicht mehr die Auswahl vorhanden ist. Dies traf vor allem auf Obst, Käse und Brot zu!
