The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff is very wellcoming and trying to be helpfull. The view from the room is wonderful. The use of the sauna facilities should not be charged as extra. |

Very comfortable, good location, friendly staff, great views and good value for money. Maybe a bigger sign from the main road as we missed it the first time. But Bled is small so it wasn't a big drama. |

We wore offered a clean room with the lake view. Buffet at the restaurant (evening) was excellent (for the money...:-) |

The location was very good for Lake Bled, the rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful. It was good to have use of a swimming pool. The evening buffet meal was very good. |

Good location near lake and mini shooping center, stuff very helpfull, nice relaxing hotel terrace with small half-covered pool. Bed too for 2 persons |

Huge, quiet, very clean room (901) with lake view and with almost perfect beds. Did't spend much time in room during the day, but enjoy in every second. Stable and good wired internet connection, good choice of Slovenian TV channels and from ex Yugoslavian republics, with few news sattelite channels. Good breakfast, without sweets but with everything else. Pool is very nice. Hotel have central place in Bled, 20 meters from shoping center, 50 meters from lake, 100 meters from city pronemade. Stuff on the reception is perfect: silent and effective. Too many flys in and around the pool. On breakfast: not even one toothpick on tables, and just one paper serviette for one person. |

Great views, very clean and tidy and really friendly staff - thankyou! The bed was really hard and the breakfasts aren't that great. |

The pool was lovely and looked over the lake, as did our room. The staff were very friendly. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices for all tastes. |

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich das Bad (Handtücher u.s.w.) sehr gut bestückt und schön. Der Zimmerservice war sehr bemüht das Zimmer einladend zu richten (z.B. bei Kälteeinbruch Aufdrehen der Heizung). Der Speisesaal und die Bar sind sehr nüchtern, erinnernt an die Zeiten als Slowenien noch Jugoslavien war, Könnte man bestimmt mit anderen Möbeln gemütlicher gestalten. Die Sauna war nicht frei und das finde ich bei einen 4 Sterne Haus nicht i.O. |

Het personeel is zeer bereidwillig. Het eten is prima evenals de kamer en de mogelijkheden om iets in de omgeving te doen. Uitstekende uitvalbasis voor wandelaars. Enige nadeel is dat er maar 5 parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel zelf zijn. Parkeren op het openbaar terrein is riskant daar de bevolking zelf niet zo nauwkeurig is met het inparkeren. de parkeergelegenheid |

Hotel war sehr ansprechend.Die Lage ist sehr gut.Mit dem Auto von Kärnten aus sehr gut erreichbar. Finde es immer wieder schade,das man an der Rezeption nicht wirklich herzlich empfangen wird.Ein Lächeln würde genügen um mir das Gefühl zu vermitteln das ich willkommen bin. |
