difficultés pour avoir le type de chambre réservée ( vue lac) la réception m'a donné une suite - mais avec une vue sur un plan incliné en béton avec au milieu un dome en plastique et de vue sur le lac - rien puisque j'étais á l'opposé - il a fallu beaucoup d'insistance pour avoir une chambre vue lac |

It is a very pleasant and comfortable hotel, with good restaurant and well furnished rooms and free internet. We have stayed there before, but this time were in a room overlooking the road and it was very noisy. |

we loved the spaciousness of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the beds. also the buffet at breakfast which was plentiful and very tasty. we greatly enjoyed our stay! |

the location near the lake, the hotel staff - we made reservation for a room with lake view for 20 euro more per day than a room with park view but we didn't see the lake because they did'nt cut the trees, so we told that the reception employee who couldn't do anything till the day after so than we spoke with the manager that offered to change the room in the afternoon, but since we unpacked our suitcase it was inconvinient so he charged us less 20 euro per day.breakfast was good & very varied, and having a/c. the room was a little small also the bathroom, the shower was very narrow (and we are not fat people). |

Most of all how kind and helpful Thomaz was that greeted us at the reception counter. I was thrilled to receive a message/facial and that we were able to swim. The breakfast buffet was great too! One of the air conditioners was not working but the other was, so we didn't complain until we checked out. We were happy that we had air conditioning at all. |

Facility of the room is perfect. Parking space is not enough for the guest. I had requested my parking space via boking.com when I booked, but did not be prepeared actually. |

We have choosen summer package, then it was including Mini golf. My daughter was very satisfied. Hotel is clean. We have booked two room, but one room air con is not working well. |

We were upgraded for free into a better room with a better view and a jaccuzzi tub with a view.......excellent. There was no ice machine, although the hotel staff would get it from the kitchen whenever we asked. |

very friendly and helpful staff - good location for discovering Bled and surroundings - spacious and very nice rooms - good poolfacilities - excellent restaurant. We were very very happy with this hotel - excellent value for money. |

Clean rooms, good breakfast, enough parking space. Wheter the bar neither the pub have never been opened during the 5 years I have been using the hotel. |

This hotel gave excellent service. When we arrived, they had no record of our booking, but dealt with it speedily, efficiently and politely. The views from our room was wonderful and the restaurant excellent. |

Competitive price with the resorts nearby. Very clean. Very nice. Hotel staff spoke multiple languages, accomodating many cultures. |

It was very close to everywhere in the town and when you get out of the lift the rooms are all close by. The rooms are very small and when we arrived (about midnight) the restaurant and bar were closed |
