Best Western Premier Hotel Lovec  

ブレッド湖まで近かった事。駐車場があったこと。レストランがあったこと。

レークＶｉｅｗの部屋にしましたが、2FまでならＬａｋｅViewは期待できません。（殆ど駐車場Ｖｉｅｗ- です。）それ以上の階（3F, 4F)をリクエストした方がいいと思います。我々は2Fだった為、その価値を感じませんせんでした。ホテル- もその旨、記載するべきだと思います。

ブレット湖まで徒歩で行く事ができよい場所にあり部屋もきれいでした。ホテルの中のレストランで夕飯を食べ- たのですが、そこの食事がとってもおいしかったです。

ホテルスタッフの親切な対応(車のタイヤがパンクしたが親切に対応して頂きました)

連泊したが部屋のタオルの交換がなかった。最近のエコで多分どこかにその旨の表示があったかもしれないが分- からなかった。

Location,service, location

Price, high for the time of the year and the fact we stayed during the week

Quite, kind, good service, reasonable price, good location. I would improve the spa section but the massage was very good.

The wellness part is poor

Well located. Our room on the 3rd floor had a great lake view. The beds were good. The room a good size and quiet. Staff excellent. Breakfast good. Walk down to lake shore about 100 mtrs / 3 mins. Parking ok.

The court yard parking is limited to about 12 cars. The underground car park ramp slope is steep and narrow !!

Very good hotel

This hotel provides very clean rooms, great selection for breakfast. The restaurant "Grill" on the ground floor offers amazing food. The hotel is located in the area very convenient for shopping (shopping center is 1 min away), dining, and only a 3 mins walk down to the lake Bled.If you arrive by car, they also offer free parking in front or in the basement.

The only problem we had was check-in. We arrived in the morning and they allowed us to park in the basement, that was nice. but when we came back from walks at 14.00, the room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait at a bar for 1 hour. When the room was finally ready, the fridge inside was half-filled, obviously people before us took drinks and the staff forgot to fill up. But overall the service was good and it's worth staying with them again.

Rooms were clean and modern,mini bar,bathrobes and toiletries, nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent.

Jacuzzi was not working, view of shopping area instead of park view. Does not seem to have a lake view as there is a shopping centre between the hotel and lake but it is still very very close to lake. Parking is limited unless you want to pay 10euro per day.

It was comfortable and clean and the family suite we got had two good size bedrooms with a separate bathroom in between. The rooms were very well decorated and very modern. It was a 3 minute walk from the lake.

The airconditioning was not working in the childrens bedroom and two bulbs needed replacing. We reported these on the first night and they said it would be fixed but when we came in late that night they hadn't been.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially Thomaz.
