Best Western Premier Hotel Lovec    

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious.

No view. The wellness center could be better.

The bathroom was so small.

This hotel was perfectly located to everything. We parked the car on arrival and never needed it again until it was time to leave. Restaurant and Pub on site were both excellent as well.

Our room was a bit too warm. We tried to control the heat with inroom settings but was still too hot. Opening the windows helped but then you had to deal with outside traffic noise and the guests coming out of the pub at closing. Really the only issue we had our entire visit.

Receptionist and staff were fantastic. Free bike hires, cosy rooms with decent breakfasts. Right in the center of Bled and next to the lake, the castle, and lovely restaurants. Free wifi too.

The breakfast was fantastic and staff were very accommodating.

The concierge wanted us to pay on our arrival, as if he was assuming we won't pay at all! That was very unfriendly and we felt very bad!

Staff helpful and Grill restaurant had excellent food both in quality and value for money.

Our booking through booking.com offered us a choice of park view or lake view. We opted for a park view which turned out to be the 'car park'!

I received a junior suite (instead of the superior room booked), suite with 2 very small bedrooms and we use only one, so it wasn't very comfortably.

Perfect - location almost on the lake, good restuarant in the hotel, friendly staff, big and modern rooms, free parking, the small indoor swimming pool is open till 22:00, supermarket outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel next to everything in bled. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. But the hotel lacked some things that was out of their control. No ice machine, fridge in the room did not work, however, they brought another one. And the hot tub in the room leaked. THe staff went out of their way to help. The corporate individuals need to spend some money to fix some things up if they are going to charge what they do.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't the best, there were many hair in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good. The location to the Lake is very convenient. Plenty of parking.

The hotel is adjacent to a large shopping center so instead of views of the park which they advertise you have lovely views of the buildings and parking lot. The shower in our room was also very bad. There was an exposed pipe for the hot water which was exterlly hot and would cause a burn on your skiing upon contact. The rod which held the shower head was also broken. We informed the staff and they promised to fix the issue but never did.

This is a very fine hotel, the room is nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. The staff is friendly. The hotel is niot at the lakeside but very close to it. There are excellent possibilities for excursions in the nature. The Grill restaurant belonging to the hotel is excellent.

The hotel room and the bathroom is rather small. In-between the hotel and the lake there is a shopping centre - which is good for shopping but the parking cars are very noisy.

Very good hotel

Location of this hotel was pretty good. Close to the lake.

When we were there it was over 100 degrees and our air conditioner did not work. When we called about it, we were told there was nothing that could be done about it. Needless to say we spent a pretty restless night trying to sleep in that heat. In the morning when checking out I brought this up with the fellow at the desk and he could not have cared less. We booked our whole vacation based on whether or not there was air conditioning as it was in the middle of July so I did expect to get the service we are paying for. Not only were we not compensated for this but we had used one of the waters in the wet bar and they even had the nerve to charge us for it. We vacationed for three and a half weeks in Euope and this was the only place we had a problem with. Every single other place we stayed was amazing!!

Broken airconditioning with 30 degrees outside. It took 3 hours to wait for the technical to come, he never arrived. When I asked for another room - no rooms were available, finally - somebody "just cancelled the booking" and it was possible to move in another room... with broken hair-dryer....
