I liked nearly everything. Very friendly and always helpful staff, excellent and nicely served hot buffet breakfast with a wide selection of the local products. The room and also the whole hotel was very clean and nicely disaigned Free wired and wireless internet in the room was a great deal. Also coffee/tea maker with the cups was very useful. Really great hotel in very beautiful location, just few minutes and you can take a walk around the Bled lake. The anly problem was that it was not possible to regulate the temperature in the bathroom. The room was very warm.

Well located. Our room on the 3rd floor had a great lake view. The beds were good. The room a good size and quiet. Staff excellent. Breakfast good. Walk down to lake shore about 100 mtrs / 3 mins. Parking ok. The court yard parking is limited to about 12 cars. The underground car park ramp slope is steep and narrow !!

Good location, delicious and varied breakfast with the possibility of an early breakfast, good facilities for free parking of the car. We have free access to the pool but service in the spa-zone was not a good. This was true. But we did not see any hotel staff here in the afternoon. Jacuzzi did not work completely.

wifi was provided all area in the hotel.The room was facet the lake and the landscape was good. The pool is not so clean.

This hotel provides very clean rooms, great selection for breakfast. The restaurant "Grill" on the ground floor offers amazing food. The hotel is located in the area very convenient for shopping (shopping center is 1 min away), dining, and only a 3 mins walk down to the lake Bled.If you arrive by car, they also offer free parking in front or in the basement. The only problem we had was check-in. We arrived in the morning and they allowed us to park in the basement, that was nice. but when we came back from walks at 14.00, the room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait at a bar for 1 hour. When the room was finally ready, the fridge inside was half-filled, obviously people before us took drinks and the staff forgot to fill up. But overall the service was good and it's worth staying with them again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Best Western Premier Hotel and I have nothing but praise for all those concerned. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I would also like to thank the receptionist on duty on on Saturday 6th August who very kindly allowed us to keep the room till 6pm on the day of our departure without any extra charges. A big thankyou from all of us staying in room 211. Will surely use Best Western Premier again. Well done and continue doing a great job because you will surely have many satisfied customers.Thank you once again.

Rooms were clean and modern,mini bar,bathrobes and toiletries, nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Jacuzzi was not working, view of shopping area instead of park view. Does not seem to have a lake view as there is a shopping centre between the hotel and lake but it is still very very close to lake. Parking is limited unless you want to pay 10euro per day.

good sprinbox matrasses noise free surrounding large room cheap beer in the minibar excellent restaurant: we have eaten there 3 days 2 times a day...

It was comfortable and clean and the family suite we got had two good size bedrooms with a separate bathroom in between. The rooms were very well decorated and very modern. It was a 3 minute walk from the lake. The airconditioning was not working in the childrens bedroom and two bulbs needed replacing. We reported these on the first night and they said it would be fixed but when we came in late that night they hadn't been.

A/C in the rooms, comfortable beds, lovely spa, graet location - 2 minutes walk from the lake shore, yummy breakfast free, affordable rooms, loved the walk around the lake, taking a boat to the island, hiking the vintgar gorge, and eating seafood at the restaurant across the street from the promonade. and my 3 little dogs stayed for free.

Very quick cehck in and check out, friendly but non intrusive staff, free cable connection, good hotel restaurant, excellent breakfast Unfortunately during my stay there was a problem with warm water, so I couldn't take a shower the last night there
