The whirlpool tub with a view of the island and the castle!

I liked nearly everything. Very friendly and always helpful staff, excellent and nicely served hot buffet breakfast with a wide selection of the local products. The room and also the whole hotel was very clean and nicely disaigned Free wired and wireless internet in the room was a great deal. Also coffee/tea maker with the cups was very useful. Really great hotel in very beautiful location, just few minutes and you can take a walk around the Bled lake.

The anly problem was that it was not possible to regulate the temperature in the bathroom. The room was very warm.

Good location, delicious and varied breakfast with the possibility of an early breakfast, good facilities for free parking of the car.

We have free access to the pool but service in the spa-zone was not a good. This was true. But we did not see any hotel staff here in the afternoon. Jacuzzi did not work completely.

wifi was provided all area in the hotel.The room was facet the lake and the landscape was good.

The pool is not so clean.

This is the second time we have stayed at Best Western Premier Hotel and I have nothing but praise for all those concerned. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I would also like to thank the receptionist on duty on on Saturday 6th August who very kindly allowed us to keep the room till 6pm on the day of our departure without any extra charges. A big thankyou from all of us staying in room 211. Will surely use Best Western Premier again. Well done and continue doing a great job because you will surely have many satisfied customers.Thank you once again.

Superb location, very friendly staff, very helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Just a stunning location and a very enjoyable stay, thank you so much. I would definitely come back many times to this hotel.

Location , location , location

No gym , small room , middiate food and in the same time expensive

A/C in the rooms, comfortable beds, lovely spa, graet location - 2 minutes walk from the lake shore, yummy breakfast free, affordable rooms, loved the walk around the lake, taking a boat to the island, hiking the vintgar gorge, and eating seafood at the restaurant across the street from the promonade. and my 3 little dogs stayed for free.

Very quick cehck in and check out, friendly but non intrusive staff, free cable connection, good hotel restaurant, excellent breakfast

Unfortunately during my stay there was a problem with warm water, so I couldn't take a shower the last night there
