建物自体はかなり古く、室内のクローゼットの立て付けが悪くなっていたり、エレベータの扉がなかなか閉まら- ないなんていうこともありましたが、室内は清潔で、バスルームは最近リフォームしたようでとても綺麗でした- 。朝食は十分な種類とサービスがあり、申し分ないです。観光スポットがとても近く、三本橋まで徒歩1分ほど- です。メインストリートに面した部屋でしたが、二重窓で夜も特に騒音などは無かったです。（耳栓まで用意し- てあったので、騒がしい部屋なのかと思いましたが。）フロントの人もとてもフレンドリーかつ親切で、チェッ- クインのときにこちらがリクエストしないうちにシティマップを用意して、ホテルの場所をチェックして、簡単- に観光案内をしてくれました。 |

立地条件は最高（三本橋まで徒歩２分）で、従業員も快活で親切でした。私の宿泊した部屋からはリュブリャー- ナ城が見えました。部屋は、バスタブ、シャワー、湯沸かし器、ヘアドライヤー、スリッパ等、一般の日本人旅- 行者が希望する一通りの備品があります。ホテルのはす向かいにはデパートがあり、その地価でミネラルウォー- ターや食料品も購入できます。毎時１０分頃に空港へのシャトルサービス（有料）もあり、たいへん便利です。- 次回リュブリャナを訪問する時はまた泊まりたいと思います。 |

スタッフ、設備、アメニティー全てにおいて満足しました。立地も良く、近くにたくさんレストランもあるので- 困りませんでした。子供２人連れだったのですが無料でエキストラベッドを用意して下さるなど快適に過ごす事- ができました。 |

Booking.comのインターネット予約で「ダブルに小さい子供２人と一緒に泊まる」と記入したら、どういう訳か、４ベ- ッドルームに案内してくれた。大変快適にすごせた。施設も清潔な感じで好印象。朝食メニューも充実していた- 。 夜中に自動車で到着したが、ロビー前に駐車スペースが無かったため、どうやって駐車を頼めばよいかわからず- 、やや困惑した。結局、ベルボーイに頼めばバレーパーキングしてくれたが。（些細なことですが） |

The only problem is parking, although this is not the hotel's fault. They used to let you park in the bay in front or in the courtyard behind, but now you have to find public parking. |

The service was excellent, the choice of pillows and the turn down service which left a bottle to mist your pillow to give a relaxing sleep. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the all staff were very helpful right down to the turn down team who leave details daily of the next day's weather. |

It is a very nice hotel! Great breakfast. Excellent coffe. Just what is less good: small room, the blinds didn't cover all window, so I woke up early with the light on the window, bathroom with no bidet. |

Very comfortable bed and pillows (which could be chosen from a menu, although the first set I had were great). Free English language newspapers in lobby. Free wifi. Great location. Nice lounge. |
