Bohinj Park Eco Hotel  

I liked the location, ptivacy, not too many peoplle

We travel a lot, but we never experienced that you are limited to enter the sauna only once a day. That doesn't make sense. I'm sure it wasn't the case the last time we were here. This might be the reason we won't come back again. I would love to know why is it limited like that. Also for the 5 star hotel free wifi is mandatory, instead of asking additional 5€ per day.

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay in with the kids.

The hotel looks nice and modern. The environment is very relaxed. Good choice for families.

The hotel location is very poor, there is nothing in the area. Young people do not recommend it because it was so boring in the environment. The average food, average service.

Comfort of the room and quality of furnishing. Late check out option free until 3pm, 20€ 5pm was nice.

No explanation that the room oriented on the back yard (industry) even while the price was not any cheaper, which I understood as rip off. I also never like the extra price for wi-fi in room, even if it brings a bit of money to the owner with drinks at lobby. Which brings me to second biggest problem, one should not feel like cashcow when guest. Anyway expensive for short stays and apparently much cheaper for longer agency stay which the third biggest downflow.

Room was nice and clean. Spa/Wellness is not bad though you would expect much more from the 5 star hotel. Nature and view on surrounding mountains is also ok. It is fairly quiet so a person can relax.

Location is not perfect hence you need car/bike to get to the lake area (5-6km away from the hotel); Food was not bad but more like something you would expect in 3/4 star rather than 5 star hotel-both quality & variety wise; water in Jacuzzi was a bit cold; wellness/sauna area is small and can accommodate not more than 10, max 15 persons at a time so it is usually crowded - on the other hand there is spa for 8-10 persons on 4th floor which is Ok but you need to pay extra charge of 30 eur per room; extra charge for using internet in the room;

Svako jutro spremacice kucaju na vrata sobe da nam daju do znanja da je vreme da idemo kako bi spremili sobu,posluga veoma spora i ponuda hrane na svedskom stolu ne prilici hotelu po kategorizaciji.Odnos cene i ponude nije u srazrmeri,mozda hotel ispunjava uslove za tu kategorizaciju ali to nije to.

L'arredamento

La cucina. Scarsissima in qualità e povera in fantasia. La seconda cena prevedeva tre primi italiani (due paste e un risotto) davvero di pessima qualità.Io che sono italiana avrei preferito mangiare cucina locale e non cucina italiana. C'erano molti turisti locali quindi presumo l'inno alla cucina italiana era per loro. Poi volevo due letti singolo in camera matrimoniale invece ho trovato il letto matrimoniale

Bufett war gut, freundliches Personal, bequeme Wege

Die Serviceleisteung war sehr unterschiedlich. (Wir haben dem Reinigungspersonal im Zimmer sagen müssen, dass sie 10 Minuten später wiederkommen sollten, von alleine wären sie nicht gegangen. Die Damen putzten quasi um uns herum). Die Preisgstaltung an der Cocktailbar war jeden Tag anders. Extrawünsche, die mit Buchung (Behindertengerechtes Zimmer) geäußert wurden, sind nicht ernst genommen worden. Die Aufräumarbeiten nach Feierlichkeiten waren ruhestörender Lärm. (Wenn morgens um 1.00 Uhr die Stühle und Tische gerückt werden müssen, dann muß das Personal sich nicht anbrüllen oder laute Witze machen. Das Mobiliar muß nicht auf dem Parkett geschoben werden, ... Bei unserem Aufenthalt von 12 Tagen ist das 2x passiert.) Das muß besser organisiert werden.

Alles was goed geregeld en volgens het boekje, maar indien je wat extra's wilde: wifi, kinderbedje moest er wel steeds worden bijbetaald. Voor een hotel dat al meer dan 150 euro/nacht voor een tweepersoonskamer vraagt, lijkt dit heel erg op afzetterij. Bovendien was de tegen betaling ontvangen wifi nog eens van matige kwaliteit (slecht signaal, veel onderbrekingen). Waarom dit hotel zich een eco-hotel noemt is ons ook niet duidelijk: airco, tv die steeds inschakelt, veel vleesgerechten etc. Tenslotte zouden we het ook op prijs stellen moest dit hotel in de toekomst werk maken van het aanbieden van 'kaarten van hikes'. Die zijn er nu wel, maar ze zijn niet zo makkelijkte vinden. Wij hadden het leuk gevonden had het hotel ons daarbij begeleid.

Szép a környezet.

A szállóhoz kapcsolódó aquapark nagyon kicsi és borzasztóan zsúfolt. A gyógyvizes medencéi is nagyon hidegek. A szálloda saját medencéjét csak 30 euroért lehet használni, de ez is kicsi és hideg. A szállóban lévő vendégek úgy ordibáltak, mint egy kocsmában egész éjszaka és senki nem szólt rájuk, hogy ez egy 5 csillagos szálló. Nincs parkolóhely csak a szállóvendégeknek elkülönítve, így az aquapark külső vendégei lefoglalják a helyeket, cipelheted a csomagodat messziről.

Le camere sono molto belle, ottima la qualità dei materassi, anche I bagni sono curati nei dettagli. Il cibo è abbondante e buono. Rapport qualità prezzo buono. La zona wellness a pagamento (30€ al giorno per camera) è molto scenica (dal quarto piano c'è una bellissima vista) anche se non grandissima. Infatti è possibile utilizzarla solo a 5 camere per volta quindi è necessaria la prenotazione.

La zona wellness compresa nel prezzo non è molto bella, è una grande stanza senza zone relax separate ed è aperta al pubblico esterno, come il parco acquatico.

Usluga i spa centar su odlični

Interior and ambient is nice and here hotel's 5 stars finish. Water park is also nice. There is bowling facility.

This ECO probably means - we save on everything :) The rooms were cold, the heating is off when you are not in the room and when you get back in the room you enter in a freezer. Personal is polite but not flexible enough to solve customer problems or complains. You have to carry your luggage. Food choice for HB was a little bit poorer compared to other better Slovenian hotels (4star).
