We loved the location and surroundings of the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the one of the rooms that we had booked had not been checked, and had been used the night before. We had to wait nearly an hour for reception staff to organise for housekeepers to clean the room, change beds, etc. We were very disappointed by this. However, the housekeeping staff were more friendly than the reception staff and could not apologise enough for this... |

The hotel has very large and clean rooms, staff willing to assist you in any circumstance. The food is excelent and the service they offer is perfect |

bright and airy rooms public areas, ie reception and in particular corridors were dark and dingy and smelt stale. Coffee was dreadful |

Both my husband and I absolutely loved the food that was served at the hotel. Our shower was not very good. The space was crumpt whilst having the shower and it was very easy to bang into the water tap. Besides, because of the way the shower was organised, water would splash everywhere. |

Perfect setting, nice and close to the lake. Really enjoyed our stay here. Could do with some friendly touches in the room, e.g. information about the area, pictures on the walls etc, to make it seem a bit cosier. |

It was close to the lake, and the apartment was very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. They could speak at least four languages. The restaurant of the hotel could not serve us dinner, it was available only for guests on halfboard. |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta ja hotelli oli rauhallinen sekä sijainti erinomainen. "Sviitissä" oma suojaisa takapiha :) Aamiainen ei vastannut muuta tasoa ja saunan lämpötila oli vain +41 astetta?!? |

big clean room, quiet location (maybe just because it was not high season), breakfast and dinner from buffet (all you can eat is very helpfull after a day on the mountainbike) and very nice employees. restaurant located in the basement |

Manager vom Hotel macht sehr guten Eindruck, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sauna ist yu klein und man muss vorher buchen. Ansonsten ist ok. |

Calme à l'écart de la foule. Personnel à l'accueil jeune mais très affable comme la plupart des Slovènes. Il n'y avait pas de lit pour une personne seule (j'ai donc fait du camping sur un lit de camp). Par ailleurs , il n'y a pas vraiment de vue sur le lac même s'il est juste à côté |

サイトの提示額と実際の料金が違っていた（ダブルルームでサイトでは60€だったが実際には30€だった）ので単純に嬉しかった。行く前にホテルに電話して料金を確認した方が良いかも・・。バス亭の前で、近くにスーパーも有り便利な場所にある。 |
