City Hotel    

Everything in this hotel worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the hotel is just two small blocks away from the dragon bridge (and thus from the old town's street cafes and traffic-free shopping streets). Parking is available (if you are lucky) in a crowded parking place across the street

The room is too small for comfort. There is just a narrow walkway around the bed which, after two suitcases had been placed there, is too small for two guests to move around in.

Spacious, clean rooms. Nice view of the castle on the hill. Very friendly staff, who spoke English very well. Underground parking garage. Right in the city center.

The position of the hotel is perfect to visit the city centre, and there are public parking spots available nearby (even if it is more convenient to use the hotel parking). The staff is very friendly and the rooms, although not particularly big, are well equipped.

I could not connect to Internet, neither in the common areas nor in the room...I don't know if it was a problem with my laptop or with the wireless network.

Room too small, broken flush in bathroom, had to move to another room, no one to help. I had dinner once, the food was reasonable, but desert really bad.

Staff very kind indeed, particularly in lobby area. My son wanted something that was not on menu, they did not object its rather they improvised and we really felt welcome. Great value for money.

Parking was a bit expensive.

Nicely decorated, very nice and friendly and useful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, good bathroom. Excellent position, in the city centre, but no noise, and taxi stand just outside the door!

My room was huge and gave a feeling of emptyness, also because there was very little furniture for such a space. The bedroom was cold, and the heating system, once switched on, was noisy. The bathroom was very nicely warm. There is no lamp on the desk, you have to ask for it. There is no wireless in the bedroom, only wired connection, so no way to read the news in your bed. The tv screen was too small and too far away for such a huge room that it was difficul to see.

The location is very good! The staff are very helpful and provided assistance in all my concerns. Breakfast is good with different selection and with free internet! :)

The shower room didnt have a door but just a curtain. The water overflow in the floor but it is not a major issue.
