Location. Walking distance to both railway station, and the old city area.

Staff didn't seem to know how to smile, and were basically, just average in their approach to customer service.

very tiny room with no sunlight on the first floor (impossible to see the sky unless you stick your face on the window to look at it) and no bedside lamp or desk lamp = very dark room where it is difficult to work. For €90/night in Slovenia, value for money is really poor. Unacceptable.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. Easy walk from the train station and to old town. Highly recommended.

Very expensive. No air conditioning. Very poor breakfast and 18 euros a day for a parking lot.

Location and the staff member who fixed giving us the wrong room quickly.

First room we were given was not what I'd booked, wrong bed configuration and a very strong smell of tobacco smoke. 2nd room was better but still a slight strange odour. No aircon, but the fan did do a reasonable job of clearing the air.

Everything in this hotel worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the hotel is just two small blocks away from the dragon bridge (and thus from the old town's street cafes and traffic-free shopping streets). Parking is available (if you are lucky) in a crowded parking place across the street

The room is too small for comfort. There is just a narrow walkway around the bed which, after two suitcases had been placed there, is too small for two guests to move around in.

Request for hypoallergenic items was met. Everything needed in the room including a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best offerings that I have experienced. Front desk offered parking for 18 Euro and mentioned that street parking is free during our stay.

Parking reservation not mentioned on Booking.com (fortunately there was room should I have needed it.).

Spacious, clean rooms. Nice view of the castle on the hill. Very friendly staff, who spoke English very well. Underground parking garage. Right in the city center.

The position of the hotel is perfect to visit the city centre, and there are public parking spots available nearby (even if it is more convenient to use the hotel parking). The staff is very friendly and the rooms, although not particularly big, are well equipped.

I could not connect to Internet, neither in the common areas nor in the room...I don't know if it was a problem with my laptop or with the wireless network.

Room too small, broken flush in bathroom, had to move to another room, no one to help. I had dinner once, the food was reasonable, but desert really bad.
