Hotel Cubo  

The proximity to the City Centre. The included breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room size was very generous.

Everything. Cubo is the best hotel we have stayed in anywhere in Europe, Asia or North America in the past twelve years.

Very friendly staff! Central and in the same time convinient place for those traveling by car (easy to be reached and with a private parking). Free soft drinks in the mini bar and enough place in the room.

Reception was excellent. Welcome packet with Slovenian phrases came with check-in.

Fantastic central location. A simple walk to the city center and castle. Very nice room with a view. Free mini-bar was a nice touch in the family suite. Excellent breakfast with great service. Son left something in the room and they sent to our home.

Excellent facilities and staff, particularly Liza on Reception who went out of her way to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We would rate this as one of the very best hotel's we have ever stayed at around the world over many years of travelling. Many thanks to ALL the staff ... it was a wonderful stay and we would certainly return to Hotel Cubo.

Nothing. Everything was perfect as far as we were concerned and we could not fault the hotel or it's wonderful staff.

Excellent location, excellent staff, modern spacious room with most comfortable bed.

I have stayed several times before and the usual high standards have been maintained.

On this occasion I was in room 106 and was occasionally disturbed by lift noise and inconsiderate guests. I also prefer a room with both a bath and shower. The shower was fabulous. The outlook, however, was non-descript, a car lot.

The warm welcome, comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom and shower, super breakfast and central location.

Slightly noisy traffic if you have a room on the main road at the front of the hotel but that would not stop me staying.

Everything was perfect - central location, marvelous breakfast, fancy design of rooms (which are also quite large) and very kind staff. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service. Fantastic food. Perfect rooms.

No bath in bathroom. I should have checked first. Lobby area was a bit too much like a waiting room and not coffee bar.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Great bathroom and long and deep traditional bathtub, great for relaxing after along day. The restaurant is top class, with an imaginative menu, great wines, and excellent service.

Staff were friendly, service was excellent, breakfast was also top quality and the rooms were impeccable.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed.

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect for city strolling but even better was the amenities of the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel offers free mini-bar in the room, the most comfortable beds, and the nicest shower in Europe in my opinion. We left early in the morning for the airport and they prepared us a breakfast to go - without us asking. I would stay here again!

The bar in the lobby wasn't open late. However, the staff was able to get me a glass of wine to take to my room so that made up for the no bar services.
