Very friendly and warm welcome. The personal assist us by looking for attractions and special places in Ljubljana. As we are traveling with our bike, they advice us a safe and cost free parking place inside. Very comfortable and clean rooms with a lot of space.

Tne apartment is very clean, has almost anything we need while travelling, very closed to the best place in Ljubljana. The staff is very friendly, they explained us what to do, eat, go out and where to park nearby (free and paid parkings). David - Athens has written an excellent review here about Galeria River and Ljubljana!

In fact, I would write 2 things which is not exactly what I didn't like. The first one is just a warning and the second one is a suggestion: 1- Three flights of stairs with no elevator: when our luggage is heavy, it is a problem. 2- I missed a wash machine. Even then, I would stay there again!

Perfect location and nice looking rooms

No elevator - You have to drag your bags to 3rd floor. No hotel parking so You have to find something on your own which sometimes is not that easy

Very Nice welcome, the room was great, especially the Italian shower

Corner apartment has nice view to both river and castle! Bathroom is big and lovely, same goes for bed. Staff is really friendly and share their knowledge about the city.

For longer term stay kettle and microwave would be nice additions. Lighting felt a bit too bright and artificial. Main door lock needs to be repaired, it was time consuming to open.

3 flights of stairs and no lifts. No kettle in room even though it was a studio with partial kitchen. Poor signs to hotel. No complimetary coffe or tea.

The receptionnist was very nice, she gave us all the information that we needed to visit the city and more.the room was very clean and beautiful.it's not possible to take a breakfast but in the room there were a fridge and a microwave.the bed was amazing.the hotel is in the center and in the most beautiful part it's was really perfect!

We loved everything about this place. We had the corner room with a river view. Lovely! Location is perfect; we hope to return.

Everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, good shower, etc. I didn't use it, but there's a gigantic flat screen tv in the studio, and the small kitchen is equipped with the basics. Wifi worked well all the time! Well done to this hotel's management and staff, it was a pleasant stay, I recommend it.

No elevator which makes check in painful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building - so it's more like a high-end hostel than a true hotel.

Large, modern and quiet room located in the historical part of the city. No breakfast is available. We paid 60 euros per night for a double room and they provided a free baby cot. Very good value for money.

The key system to enter the hotel does not work prosperly. The main building key is a tradicional key which worked fine. The key to entre the main hotel door is electronic which did not work once! This can be a serious problem because the hotel reception is not open 24 hours so you are basically on your own and left outside if the key doesnt work. The electronic key worked when we used it to open the room.

Loction, by the river, was very quiet as no road traffic noise. Size of bedroom and bathroom. Having microwave and fridge in kitchen area with cutlery, crockery and decent size coffee mugs! Staff very helpful with information and advice. Located near Old Town with many restaurants on both sides of river plus view of Ljubljana Castle.

A little hard to find at first, even taxi driver was unsure even though he knew he had right address. Being in a Listed Building, having no lift was a bit of a bind with luggage. That said, would definitely stay here again as positives far outweighed negatives.

The girl on the reception was extremely kind and helpfull.She told us everything about the town.meal,sightseeing e.t.

Third floor ! Without elevator !

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room was very modern , clean, large, and comfortable.

It is very nice,clean pleace.The building radiates the spirit of on old mansion,combined with modern and comfortable furniture. The location is very good,closer to the old tawn.The girl who met us was very pretty.If i go to Ljubljana I will stay at this hotel.

Fresh, neat, classy.

Great location, 5 mins walk to the centre but fairly quiet. Rooms are clean and functional if a little sparse. Bathrooms excellent.

Quite tricky to get at if you have a car; its pedestrian only access but you can park about 200m away, and its only €1.80 overnight.

New clean beautiful hotel, large rooms. Good shower. Excellent location. Receptionist on evening shift the two nights we stayed on the best receptionists we have met on our travels. Car parking behind the hotel EUR1.20/hr 7-7pm? and EUR1.80 overnight from 7-7am. Free car parking across the river (also somewhere else) on Sat evenings/ Sunday (longer walk).

A bit difficult to get in the main door using the key (the lock really should be changed).

The room was awsome, everything in it was functional and comfy. Reception staff was extremely helpful and gave us straight away map, info and a welcoming smile. We enjoyed our stay and we'd choose this hotel again in the future. Well done, Galeria River!

great location right on the river by the bars and restaurants. very stylish and comfortable. a large tv with huge amount of channels including all sports. receptionist very friendly and informative about the area and stuff to do. Ljubljana great city to visit, friendly safe and scenic views.

not 24hr reception but made sure they were there for check in and out. maybe some tea an coffee in the room, however these both very small, cant really fault the place

Amazing value! This place has beautiful and spacious rooms in the middle of the city (you can walk everywhere) and the staff are fantastic.
