The location is great. 500m to the old city. It could do with a refurb and the restaurant was shut the night we tried to eat there. |

Right in the middle of the town. Good location, helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice. I recommend. |

The breakfast was wonderful: a lot to choose from, fresh and tasty. The dining room was light and clean. Our room was dusty and smelled of stale cigarettes. The reception tried to charge us 12 euros a day for pay tv which we didn't use. I was offended by how porn films were marketed. |

The included breakfast was great. Also th elocation was very good - within easy walking distance of the rail station and of the old town. |

I had a very pleasant stay apart from one complaint. All the staff were courteous and friendly. On checking out I was told that there was an additional charge for the use of the minibar. In the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in, I have never ever used a minibar (due to high cost of contents). I had to sign a statement to this effect and so the charge was removed. This spoiled what had been a pleasant stay. |

The room, the receptionist for checking out was very friendly. The hotel is 5 min walking distance from city center (shopping and restaurants). The room was very clean and nice. |

The air conditioning is very effective, the room was very comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast buffet had the best variety of any we have had in Europe. And the location was ideal for us, between the train and bus stations and the square by the triple bridge. The bath towels were rather rough-in contrast to the linens which were wonderfully smooth. |
