miła obsługa, dobre urozmaicone śniadanie hotel "nadgryziony zębem czasu", uważam, że *** to max dla tego hotelu, **** to zdecydowanie za dużo, pokoje a zwłaszcza łazienki wymagają remontu, nieadekwatna jakość do ceny, drogi parking 19 euro/dobę |

Podobała mi się promocyjna cena... A poza tym, ogólnie szeroki zakres usług - darmowy, łatwo dostępny Internet, możliwość wykupienia transportu na lotnisko, smaczne śniadania. |

The hotel was very well situated, in the city center, near to the bus station (very important because we made trips in Slovenia from Ljubljana), near to the restaurants and the old town. The breakfast was very good. The English speaking staff was very helpfull. The standard of the room was not very high and it was not very clean. For a 4-star hotel and the price it could have been much better. |

Doskonała lokalizacja ok. 300m od dworca kolejowego, bardzo dobre śniadanie, serwis do kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Hotel w centrum miasta ale pokoje i okna są bardzo dobrze wyciszone. Brak restauracji. |

The location is great. 500m to the old city. It could do with a refurb and the restaurant was shut the night we tried to eat there. |

The breakfast was wonderful: a lot to choose from, fresh and tasty. The dining room was light and clean. Our room was dusty and smelled of stale cigarettes. The reception tried to charge us 12 euros a day for pay tv which we didn't use. I was offended by how porn films were marketed. |

I had a very pleasant stay apart from one complaint. All the staff were courteous and friendly. On checking out I was told that there was an additional charge for the use of the minibar. In the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in, I have never ever used a minibar (due to high cost of contents). I had to sign a statement to this effect and so the charge was removed. This spoiled what had been a pleasant stay. |

The room, the receptionist for checking out was very friendly. The hotel is 5 min walking distance from city center (shopping and restaurants). The room was very clean and nice. |
