Excellent location close to all the major sights with an excellent breakfast. The staff were rather impersonal when we checked and provided no helpful information about the city. |

Location was very good and close to hotel. Breakfast very good. Staff at the service room more plasent than the staff on reception The hotel is more for 3+ stars than for 4stars. We had everything, but everything was out of date. The hotel needs serious restauration, especially bathroom, which looks like 15 years ago. Anyway, the hotel is overpriced |

location was ok, it was close to railway and bus stations. The hotel had been classified as four star hotel but it's rather a three star. The rooms are quite time-worn, airconditioning did not work well and bed was simply uncomfortable. Ladies with longer hair may want to consider taking their own hairdryer with them... |

The reception staff were very friendly. It was slightly surprising that at this price the hotel did not have any central heating and the cleaning staff were not really around. The internet connection failed and no support staff were available during the week-end... |
