Läget är centralt och bra. Relativt litet rum, men det och toaletten väl utrustade, städning fungerade bra. Frukost buffen fungerade inte bra. Påfyllning av fat och juicer och framförallt bröd var mycket långsamt, en dag var stor del av buffen nästan slut mer än en timme före stängning. |

The location is great. 500m to the old city. It could do with a refurb and the restaurant was shut the night we tried to eat there. |

The breakfast was wonderful: a lot to choose from, fresh and tasty. The dining room was light and clean. Our room was dusty and smelled of stale cigarettes. The reception tried to charge us 12 euros a day for pay tv which we didn't use. I was offended by how porn films were marketed. |

I had a very pleasant stay apart from one complaint. All the staff were courteous and friendly. On checking out I was told that there was an additional charge for the use of the minibar. In the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in, I have never ever used a minibar (due to high cost of contents). I had to sign a statement to this effect and so the charge was removed. This spoiled what had been a pleasant stay. |

The room, the receptionist for checking out was very friendly. The hotel is 5 min walking distance from city center (shopping and restaurants). The room was very clean and nice. |
