We had a very spacious room. It was comfortable and clean. It is family owned and the staff is really great!

Friendly owners, very quiet location, clean and spacious rooms. Seemd to be real wooden furniture. Flat screen TV was too big, for my taste. Could be a little bit warmer in the rooms, not for me (was more than ok) but for my wife and the baby. Anyhow, it was the same in Austria, not to waste energy useless. I share 100% this point of view. Breakfast was very good, tasty and rich. We apppreciated this especially after we spent few days in Italy...

The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom located in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Meals were well prepared and tasty.

Everything was OK without breakfast. Good restaurant and good service.

Location is far away from everything. It is in the middle of Ljublijana and Postojna but far away from highway and express way. Is there any shop or supermarket nearby. Breakfast was terrible. Almost was expired. There were a lot of fly.

Room was large. Coffee at breakfast was nice.

This hotel was really not suitable for us - a family with a young baby. If you are into partying/ drinking and want somewhere convenient to crash after a late night this place is ideal. However, if you want a quite nights sleep or have a young family this place is dreadful. It was exceptionally noisy, our room was on the third floor (and their are no lifts) and the bathroom had no exhaust fan so it smelt musty. The entry was terrible - really just a storage space for the bar staff bikes and boxes of junk. Otherwise you have to enter the hotel via the bar. I would not at all recommend this place for families but for those that like partying it is well located.

Very nice room with new furniture, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Terrace with sunbeds. Friendly hosts.

We stayed 4 nights in the gesthouse. In the second morning at breakfast we discovered that the soy milk box was mildewy form inside so we left it open there to indicate that something is wrong. The next morning it was still there so we showed it to the personnel and we got a new one. The following morning in was there again!!!! This experience was really disappointing for us as we believe that the food is a crucial factor.

Delightful guest house in the countryside. We received a warm welcome and had a delicious meal made from ingredients grown on the proprietors' farm. Nice room. The breakfast was outstanding in quality and choice.

The room and the bathroom were very clean, updated and comfortable. Welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good. The surrounding of the guesthouse is very lush and green, peaceful and quiet. We also had dinner here and I must say it was the best food we had after travelling for 6 days in different countries. Good portions and very tasty. WiFi was important to us and it worked perfectly. The location was good since we were looking for a place near Ljubjana. Beautiful surroundings. But our GPS also had a hard time finding the place, although after we found it, we saw a big old sign right on the road with the name of the place on it which we had passed a couple of times. Not the first time that we learned not to follow the GPS blindly and be aware of where we are going.

The personnel is very friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Very nice place with beautiful nature and friendly staff. Just following traffic signs (after Rahnika following Zaplana direction and "rooms" no downtown). It could be problem if you just following gps... Lovely place, we will surely come again...:)

Nice Hotel near by Postoina. Nice food too. Location - quiet in the mountain. New furniture, and well made bathroom.

It was our - a family with 6 adults and 2 little children - 4th hotel on our trip from an Italian resort city, Rimini. We've stayed in Slovenia for the second time and must say it's hard to find good hotel near Ljubljana. We were very happy to stay in this small hotel on our road back home. (1) Hotel is placed not far from the main highway from Italy to Hungary - in a small mountain village near Ljubljana. (2) The restaurant is quite nice and breakfast was very rich and tasty. (3) Rooms are very modern and comfortable with very nice bathrooms. These were one of the best rooms we've stayed in. (4) There is a very nice kids playground with a lot of kids stuff. (5) Hotel staff is very friendly and speak English well. (6) Wi-Fi works well in the restaurant and rooms, and is free.

(1) Booking.com provides not correct gps coordinates of the hotel in a booking confirmation - it's better to enter the hotel address in your navigator instead. (2) The road was quite hard - hotel is placed in the mountain village and tye road is very narrow with a lot of turns and with no lights. (3) Hotel is in the reconstruction with many building stuff. (4) The POS-terminal did not work so we must pay by cash. (4) There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms - hotel is a small building without an elevator. (5) No minibar/refrigerator in the rooms - but it was not important for us since we've stayed there for 1 night only.

Hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere which great as its guite and pieceful

Friendly welcome huge portions of food.,super brand new room our gps could not cope with rural slovenian road system and delivered us to a a field in a forest about 3 miles from destination.Had it been dark this would not be good. Fortunately a friendly police car found us and led us at high speed inthe correct direction before abandoning us to attend a genuine emergency.

Everything ! This is a great place, we felt really welcomed there and the owner was very nice. The food in restourant is awesome, one of the best I have tried. The place is clean and the rooms are comfortable. I can honestly reccomend this place, this is one of the rare establishments where you get more than you pay for.

The location can be a little incovinient for some people. No problems if you have a car though.

we had a great experience in the guesthouse - it is a perfect starting point for daytrips in Slovenia (30 minutes to Ljubljana and only an hour to Triest). Very nice quite and green mountain area, clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast with more than enough variety for hotel of this category. We were welcomed by a nice guy with a traditional drink and he was very helpful. No problems with the Wi-fi. All of us are very satisfied of this hotel and would recommend.

The only recommendation is to have the option for card payments
