Grand Hotel Metropol    

Staff were exellant and helpfull. Wanted even to change room rate to aware us to stay longer. All what we needed for 4 years child staff helped us.

Room was small.

Great swimming pool, nice room, tranquil atmosphere.

We are coming back in the same hotel for the fourth year. The first day on the reception, a young staff member told us they "do not have this kind of information in their computer"?! Is there a hotel policy that instructs hotel staff not to acknowledge their returning guest? My experience from numerous world hotels is that they pay special attention to returning guests, valuing their loyalty!

I was on a bussins trip but I visited the casino which was the best feature of the hotel.

Amazingly beautiful hotel and garden, hotel, very good location and nice view. IF you book room with sea view, i will recomend that.

Good restaurant, but probably one of the most expensive in Poland. That isnt really a problem, but you should expect even better quality on the food when prices are that high. I ordered lobster as starter. (Price 99 Zloty approximately 31 $) And ewas told that it was 1/2 lobster, but was very dissapointed when they served it like a shrimp coctail! high glass with salad, to much thousand island'ish dressing and some lobstermeat on top. Pint of beer cost 26 Zloty. (Approximately 8,2$ Thats about 3 times as much as normal in Poland and other places in Sopot. High prices on wines on the menu compared to "in-prices" 5 star hotels should also have swimmingpool.

Dåligt utbud av sportkanaler på TV. I beskrivningen av hotellet anger man nattklubb, tio år sedan den stängdes!!!!!

Per la seconda volta abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel accogliente e con una posizione ottima, staff cordiale e disponibile. Sicuramente ritorneremo

ero venuto per la spa ma è molto scadente sicuramente no al livello delle 5 stelle . per mia upinione e da clasifficarsi 2 o al massimo 3 stelle e compreso nella valutazione anche la cucina non di sicura 5 stelle molto ma molto scadente mi dispiace ma non verro mai più e sopratutto non lo consiglio

Bellissimo albergo con splendida vista mare, lo staff è molto gentile ed efficiente, molto bella anche la piscina del centro benessere con le vasche per l'idromassaggio, al ristorante a buffet si mangia benissimo; il viale esterno per la passeggiata è incantevole.

При заезде нас поселили в номер категории ниже, чем мы заказывали. Переселить смогли только на следующий день, никаких скидок или бонусов за это мы не получили. Только устные извинения. В номере интернет почти не работает- устойчивая связь только в туалете и в общественных зонах. В номере водились маленькие муравьи. Завтрак неплохой, но очень однообразный. Мы жили 10 дней, день на пятый желание ходить на завтрак пропало. При выезде нас пытались обсчитать на 170 евро. Цена номеров в счете отличалась от цены при букировке. После того, как я обратил на это внимание, извинились и пересчитали. Но осадочек все равно остался. Еще при расчете не показали копии счетов из бара и за обслуживание в номере. Естесственно, когда отдыхаешь 10 дней наизусть не помнишь, что и сколько ты съел и выпил в баре, в других гостиницах обычно показывают копии счетов с твоей подписью.
