Very attentive staff. Basically stood to attention every time we walked through the front door! They were also very helpful with moving our touring bikes in and out of the underground storage room. Great room - very comfy beds, big fluffy towels and all you would expect from a high class hotel. Breakfast was basic but nice - nothing fancy. Very centrally located. A stones throw from the main square and opposite the train station. Noise not a problem as all windows are double glazed and keep all sounds out. |

Room and bathroom were well furnished and decorated. Bed was excellent. Not centrally located, but it wasn't too far to walk to the center. |

The staff was very kind and made extra effort to make it more comfortable.The hotel made a nice newly renovated atmosphere. It is near the centre. I was first afraid that it was close to the street, but it had good isolated windows so it was not a real problem. |

Remek ízléssel felújított, öt csillagnak megfelelő szálloda! Az egész épületben és berendezésben egységes arculat fut végig! Szép színek, minőségi anyagok! Klímával történik a hőmérséklet szabályozása és bár egyénileg állítható, éjszaka is búgott hiába kapcsoltam ki, óránként újra indult! |

Das Hotel liegt zwar gegenüber dem Bahnhof, aber aufgrund schalldichter Fenster und einer perfekt funktionierenden Klimaanlage dennoch traumhaft ruhig. Das Zimmer wie auch das Hotel selber war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Rezeption war 24 Stunden lang besetzt. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist zwar etwas klein, dafür aber mit Kameraüberwachung. |

Prestations du personnel largement insuffisantes pour un hotel 4 * alors que les installations sont du niveau avec par exemple : absence de directory, nécessité de faire appel au personnel pouir trouver le numéro de la réception, la ligne de sortie téléphonqiue, le fonctionnement de la télévision, manque de coopération totale de la part du personnel pour trouver un restaurant acceptable à part un... |

De rust, de service die het personeel biedt en de voorzieningen. Kamer erg prettig, schoon en in prima staat. De temperatuur op de kamer niet goed te regelen: 's nachts dus te warm om echt prettig te slapen. |

Das Hotel wurde lt. Auskunft im Juli 2008 eröffnet, alles ist noch neu und sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Suite bietet genug Raum zum Wohlfühlen. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Nur slowenisches TV (Integriertes Internet-PayTV in englischen Originalfassungen mit slowenischen Untertiteln), Sonst nur Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. fehlende Kleenex-Box im Badezimmer. |
