Very nice hotel and service. Room is ok. Breakfest and dinner were perfect. Meduza Exclusive beach(included into room price - the only hotel which has this option in Portoroz) is very beutiful with perfect service. Swimming pool with Sea water. We stayed at 3rd floor and there was no balcony on it, only starting from 4th. Beach is on other side of road, but it is at all hotels is Portoroz. Too much things in hotel that need to be paid extra, it is anoising. No free Wi-Fi, only 1 hour. It is ridicilus for such money not to have free access to internet. In total price for room could be lower.

Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The beach club (Medusa exlusive) is great! There is a road with high traffic between the hotel and the beach - it is very noisy. We booked a room with sea view (which was really beautiful), but it was so noisy because of the bars and clubs at the beach that we couldn’t sleep even with closed balcony doors!

Buon comfort , staff disponibile e professionale, ottima colazione, belle piscine termali, da ripetere Mancanza di wi fi gratis oggi non è più accettabile in hotel superiori questa mancanza. Sono rimasto deluso dal fatto di aver dovuto pagare per usufruire della zona sauna,capisco I servizi tipo massaggi etc, ma per la Sauna è meno comensibile.

Es ist ein nettes Hotel, welches man gerne weiterempfehlen kann. Dringend sind jedoch die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen bei den Sonnenschirmen im attraktiven Meduza-Exclusive bei Sturm zu beanstanden. Kommentar lesen sie sie bitte wie unten angeführt. Weiters meldeten wir in diesem Zusammenhang eine herausgedrehte tragende Schraube an welcher der Sonnenschirm befestigt war - doch niemand hat sich bemüht diesen Defekt zu beheben. Dürfte nicht vorkommen. Wir bitten um mehr Vorsicht bei Sturm bezüglich der Sonnenschirme im Meduza- Exclusive. Glücklicher Weise saß meíne Tochter kurz auf meinem Liegebett, als der Sonnenschirm von unserem Gegenüber aufgrund des starken Sturmes direkt auf das Liegebett meiner Tochter stürzte. Sie hätte von dem riesigen, schweren Schirmständer erschlagen werden können - bzw. Hätte sie sicherlich schwere Verletzungen davongetragen, wäre sie auf der Liege gelegen!! Es war - wie gesagt, ein riesen Glück, dass diese Liege zu diesem Zeitpunkt für kurze Zeit nicht belegt war. Dieser Schock / Schreck sitzt immer noch tief in unseren Gliedern, was unseren Urlaub sehr trübte! Womöglich wäre meine Tochter jetzt tot. Bitte um entsprechende Sicherheits-Maßnahmen, damit so etwas nicht mehr vorkommt. Gott sei Dank ist nichts passiert! Vielleicht kann man sich darüber Gedanken machen.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das tolle Service. Der Strand war super! Vorallem die Sauberkeit in jedem Bereich. Auch unser Hund wurde sehr nett behandelt. Wir fahren wieder hin!!!!!

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Toll war, dass sämtliche Wellnesseinrichtungen plus Strandliegen aller Life Class Hotels (Grand Hotel Portoroz plus umliegende Hotels) auch nach dem Check- Out noch unentgeltlich genutzt werden konnten. Keinerlei Beschwerden, nur das Bett eine Spur zu weich.

Tutto a portata di mano senza uscre dall'hotel. 25 gradi ovunque, ideale peer i bambini. Piscina riscaldata alla stessa temperatura dell'aria. PErsonale cortese e preparato. Due letti singoli uniti non sono un letto matrimoniale. gran parte del personale della SPA era via per corsi di aggiornamento e molti trattamenti prenotati sono stati annullati, il tutto senza preventivo avviso.

La zona Sauna park è molto bella, grande e curata Camera bella, grande e profumata, peccato per il vista mare "pagato" in + e che era davvero ridicolo vista l'angolazione della stanza... Cucina discreta con servizio eccellente Orario molto ampio per la sauna park che sabato e domenica chiude alle 22.. ma ricordarsi che il ristorante dell'albergo chiude all 21.30 L'eccessivo costo del sauna park => almeno per gli ospiti dell'albergo dovrebbero esserci convenzioni a favore, quali l'entrata di 2 persone al costo di uno. Idem per il ristotante
