Situated in the heart of the seaside resort Portoroz, Grand Hotel is an exclusive 5-star property with a genuine Mediterranean flair with comfortable and well-appointed accommodation. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The spa centre and the pools are great, the staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean but do not expect luxury. Breakfast was the same during all five days of our stay. No internet (or very poor signal) except in the lobby

Amazing thermal and salty water swimming pools, whirlpools, relaxation programs, family friendly, professional staff, clean rooms, beautiful nature, tasty food... Furniture in our room was a bit outdated... needs new contemporary look and a bit of colour.

Internet was good working in the room. Food was okay, specially the breakfast. The room was clean and the location and the enviroment is perfect. I would give maximum 4 stars for this hotel. The matress on the bed is horrible soft. You should pay 25 Eur/day for the sauna, week days 20.

This is unacceptable that I booked and the hotel comfirmed a family room which was totaly false. It was a normal double room with an unusable sofa as an extra bed.

Alles andere. Es werden zwei-bis dreimal pro Woche Veranstaltungen für geschlossene Gesellschaften im Hotel mit extrem lauter Discomusik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden durchgeführt , sodass an eine erholsame Nachtruhe an diesen Tagen nicht einmal zu denken ist !!!

Lage des Hotels und der Wellnesbereich. Der Preis ist für die Ausstattung und den Comfort viel zu hoch.Die Zimmeraustattung entspricht maximal 3 Sternen.Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Wir werden es sicher nicht mehr buchen.

In genere tutto bravissime le ragazze del centro bellezza . le terme troppa gente credo che quando l' albergo è pieno non dovrebbero consentire l' accesso alle persone esterne, le vasche erano piene una confusione non in linea con un albergo 5 stelle.

dobra hrana, bazen z termalno vodo bil je sobotni večer in hotelu je bilo tekmovanje Grand prix harmonikarjev zvečer so pa v avli-slaščičarni imeli prezentacijo Munda harmonik katera ni zanimala vseh gostov hotela.Lepše bi bilo da so igrali na harmoniko kot pa opisovali kako harmonike delujejo...pa še v nemščini
