Very nice hotel and service. Room is ok. Breakfest and dinner were perfect. Meduza Exclusive beach(included into room price - the only hotel which has this option in Portoroz) is very beutiful with perfect service. Swimming pool with Sea water. We stayed at 3rd floor and there was no balcony on it, only starting from 4th. Beach is on other side of road, but it is at all hotels is Portoroz. Too much things in hotel that need to be paid extra, it is anoising. No free Wi-Fi, only 1 hour. It is ridicilus for such money not to have free access to internet. In total price for room could be lower.

Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The beach club (Medusa exlusive) is great! There is a road with high traffic between the hotel and the beach - it is very noisy. We booked a room with sea view (which was really beautiful), but it was so noisy because of the bars and clubs at the beach that we couldn’t sleep even with closed balcony doors!

Die Lage ist sehr günstig, sogar ein Parkplatz war kostenlos vorhanden. Das angeschlossene Wellness-Center ist natürlich gerade in der Vorsaison sehr angenehm. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei der Speisenauswahl ist besonders das Vorspeisenbufett hervorzuheben. Der Zugang zu der Sonnenterrasse leider sehr umständlich (nur durch die Badelandschaft möglich) und dieselbe auch nur sehr notdürftig eingerichtet, nicht einmal Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden. Besonders enttäuschend, da wir dieses Hotel während der Sommersaison 2011 schon einmal gebucht hatten, war für uns, dass der Wintergarten (herrlicher Ausblick auf den Hafen), wo man üblicherweise das Frühstück einnehmen konnte, leider noch nicht geöffnet war. Im großen und ganzen haben wir den Eindruck gehabt, einfach "zu früh" dran zu sein...Aber wir sind sicher, dass eben diese Probleme mit Beginn der Hauptsaison nicht mehr vorhanden sind :-)

все отлично! но номера, которые продают как с видом на море, имеют всего навсего боковой вид, чтоб увидеть море, нужно выйти на балкон и то частично. дороговато! высокие цены только из за прямого перехода в спа. хотя идти из других отелей сети Life Classa всего две минуты. нет открытого бассейна, нужно ходить в другой отель.очень дорогой мини бар и напитки в ресторане.

Nous avons aimé les équipements, spa, piscine ainsi que la situation géographique. bien qu'ayant réservé et obtenu confirmation par par booking.com, l’hôtel n'avait pas réservé notre chambre; nous avons eu une chambre de substitution qui fut cependant correcte.

Výborná poloha, úžasné lázně - 2 bazény s mořskou vodou, 7 saun, byla jsem v mimosezoně, ale poměr kvalita a cena vyšlo lépe než podobný hotel na Kanárech. Internet zdarma, bohatá snídaně, velký pokoj s výhledem na moře. Doporučuji. Vše o.k.

Lo staff dell'albergo è disponibile e cortese a parte il personale di servizio al bar! i centri Wai Thai e Ayurveda sono curati nei minimi dettagli e le prestazioni altamente professionali. Molto bello il Sauna Park che però è a pagamento anche per chi alloggia al grand hotel. le piscine del Grand Hotel mi hanno deluso come ambiente: rispetto alla presentazione in internet sembrano molto come piscine "comunali" e in realtà da un cinque stelle mi apettavo un ambiente più curato e pulito soprattutto nei bagni e spogliatoi. Ed anche gli sdrai su cui rilassarsi sono proprio scomodi, rotti e dozzinali. Forse il fatto che è aperto anche al pubblico fa perdere un pò di riservatezza che ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle. Il secondo giorno avrei gradito avere l'accapatoio pulito visto che è stato utilizzato in ambienti promiscui e non mi è stato cambiato. Anche questo stona nei servizi visto che si sa benissimo vengono utilizzati per accedere alle piscine e ai centri. Il Sauna Park dovrebbe essere ad accesso libero a chi scende presso il Grand Hotel.

Wir waren vor 14 Jahren erstmals im Grand Hotel Porto Roz. Wir haben den Kurzurlaub jetzt, 2012 sehr genossen, es war wunderschön und entspannend.Wir hoffen, daß wir wieder nach Porto Roz fahren können. Es ist sehr sehr empfehlenswert Ein Problem sind die Tauben und der damit verbundene Schmutz am Balkon
