Well working internet. Spa and aquapart at the hotel. Rich breakfast. Clean room. All good. One pool and spa is in the building of hotel. Aquapark is on the other side of the road so you need to be dry when coming back not to get sick.

No Porterage, air conditioning did not work, reception seemed more interested in telling the check out time rather than greeting guests. Unfriendly hotel staff.

Good personal contact with personal who are service oriented. Internet service, Impossible to use Mac computors and email!!! This has been a problem for at least a year, Syaying at least 10 times a year ond toled them this fact. No action taken, Propose they change their system, Mac will not change their system to fit Primus for sure, I stay here regulary even wiyh this facts.

термы не работал в номере мини-бар( холодильник) , поменяли после 3-его разговора с менеджером отеля на повышенных тонах. кондиционер в номере тоже не работал- переселить отказались. цена не оправдывает качества( его и было -то немного). уборка в номере оставляет желать лучшего.

Sehr grosszügige Zimmer. Gutes Morgenbuffet. Sehr schöne Wellnessanlage. Der Empfang an der Reception war nicht gerade freundlich. Im Zimmer waren keine Bademäntel vorhanden. Auf unsere Reklamation wurden wir mit dem Hinweis abgewiesen, dass diese gerade in der Reinigung seien und wir uns halt gedulden sollen!

Zeer mooi en modern hotel, heel veel verschillende faciliteiten. Mooie moderne kamers. Gelegen vlak tegenover waterpretpark. Overdekte parking. 10 minuten fietsen van het centrum van Ptuj. Prachtig hotel om enkele dagen in te verblijven.

Sehr gutes Essen. Wellness-Angebote beachtlich. Äußerst kompetente Beratung an der Rezeption. Ruhige Lage.

Es war ein Traum, für diesen Preis ein wunderschönes Zimmer, riessiges Bad und die tollen Möbel am Balkon. Einfach klasse. WIr kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-) Ein paar kleinichkeiten wie Spinnweben am Balkon und keinen Aschenbecher. Und nur ein Taschentuch in der Box im Bad. Aber eigentlich nicht der rede werd, das kann immer mal passieren!!!

Buon hotel con annesso centro benessere e possibilità di accedere al parco termale gratuitamente. Le camere sono confortevoli ed il bagno ha una meravigliosa doccia con idromassaggio. è ad 1,5 km dal centro di ptuj raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata. Il bagno non era pulitissimo il ristorante offre cena a buffet a 15 € ma la qualità non è il massimo.

Завтраки шикарные, есть все. Обеды не хуже!!!! Бассейны чистые и приятные Словения себя оправдала, особенно после Италии.

A négy csillagnak maximálisan eleget tesz a hotel a mi véleményünk szerint. Azt kaptuk, amit vártunk. Tiszta minden és a welnes részleg is kiváló. Külön öröm, hogy nem volt zsúfoltság annak ellenére, hogy tele volt a szálloda. Kissé szokatlan volt, hogy a recepció az előtérben "normál" asztaloknál található. Igazán nem negatívum, de a szállodához a hagyományos recepció jobban illene.

I přesto, že pobyt byl uhrazen zhruba tři týdny před termínem jsem byl po příjezdu informován, že nemají žádný pokoj volný ! Zdůvodnění bylo, že jsem se registroval o den později a to přesto, že jsem o této skutečnosti hotel informoval písemně na uvedený kontakt . Přes hodinu trvalo, než jsem byl ubytován !!!

Kellemes atmoszférájú szálloda, kiválló létesítményekkel. Tágas komfortos, igényes szobák. Úgy kaptuk meg a szobát, hogy nem volt kitakarítva, de lérésünkre ezt azonnal elvégezték. Később mindig rendben volt a takarítás. Kicsit kevésnek éreztük a személyzet létszámát.
