The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a wide choice of food for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and courteous. As independent travellers, we were very pleased that the hotel provided free transfers to and from the airport. We didn't eat in the dining room in the evenings as it stopped serving quite early (8.30pm) but we enjoyed the cakes on sale in the tearoom and ate in the pizzeria on a number of occasions. Although service was often slow, the food was tasty. We also found enormous and tasty pizzas, pasta and squid at the Kotnik, and it's worth walking towards the main bus stop to find the Lipa, which has a mouthwatering menu. The hotel does not have its own swimming pool, but there is free access to the pool facilities in the neighbouring hotels - the Larix (60 metres away) and the Kompas (100 metres away). The staff at both these hotels were also very friendly and helpful. |

Cortesia e disponibilita, in particolare reception e ristorante. Buon rapporto qualita' prezzo. Montagne fantastiche. Camere attrezzatre per persone disabili. Possibilita' di usare internet gratuitamente. |

Ottima la posizione, le camere e lo staff La colazione potrebbe essere maggiormente curata (qualità della frutta, brioches) e soprattutto manca l'aria condizionata nelle camere, che d'estate ha obbligato a dormire con le finestre aperte. Questi due aspetti sono al di sotto della sua categoria e potenzalità. |

Ottima posizione, optate per le camere con vista sulle piste. Viene offerto l'ingresso gratuito al casinò. La cena a self service non offre piatti indimenticabili ma costa solo pochi euro. |

nulla è un semplice hotel da tre stelle nul altro l'assistenza alle camere ci anno lasciato senza asciugamani senza carta igenica ecc,,, dopo averla chiesta erano anche risentiti |
