Refreshments, desserts and snacks are served in the bar by the thermal swimming pool and on the delightful summer terrace under the shady chestnut trees. Open from 10:00 to 21:00.

perfect location and fantastic scenery,public areas nicely furnished and giou old style atmosphere, first night we got a small ,noisy room, with several maintenance problems..hotel staff were not cooperative or even polite on the issue.we got a better room only for additional payment, without any apologies.you have to check what room you get. |

The thing I liked most about the hotel was the location, stunning just stunning. What more could you ask for with a view like the one we had from our balcony lake bled!!!!!!! |

Easy to while away a couple of hours over an exceptional breakfast by the lakeside. At 7 in the morning all the towels at the outdoor pool had been taken to reserve deckchairs! |

great hotel, great staff, great location my booking did not get me a water view - which I thought I had - I had to pay another 40 Euros to get a waterview - this should be clearer in your bookings system |

Having a room with balcony overlooking the lake was wonderful and one could spend hours doing just that, admiring the view in the different light at different times of day. The hotel is gloomy and it seemed there were but few guests. A few more smiles from the staff would have been nice but they were always civil. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter,die Lage des Hotels und dessen Ausblicke auf den See, die nette Bedienung Lärmbelästigung durch die Heizung, kaum reservierte Parkmöglichkeiten, die Zimmer, welche wir bewohnten waren extrem klein. |

Das Hotel und die Zimmer allgemein und die Lage war traumhaft. Es gibt nicht genügend Parkplätze, das Frühstückbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein und der Kaffee war mieserabel! |

Mooi hotel, antieke stijl. Bij de reservatie was blijkbaar wat misgelopen - was niet geregistreerd. Met de bevestiging in de hand trok men de boeking in twijfel. We kregen de suite (als laatste vrije kamer) aangeboden, maar men wou achteraf de prijs verhogen. Een plaatsje op de privé parking kon blijkbaar niet. Algemeen kregen we de indruk dat we "niet goed genoeg" waren. Men was meer chiquer gasten gewoon. Wij zijn onmiddellijk op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel. |

La posizione sul lago con il panorama che si gode dalla terrazza solarium ed il servizio in generale. L'albergo è un po' datato; trattandosi di un 5 stelle, mi sarei aspettato una camera più spaziosa e magari un bagno con il bidet (ma all'estero è difficile trovarlo). |

Hotel merveilleux de charme dans lequel il est toujours tres plaisant de sejourner ; la vue est superbe, les equipements excellents, le bar tres agreable avec un service attentionne. Cependant, le niveau de service n'est pas digne d'un hotel de cette categorie et l'accueil a la reception manque de sourire comme d'efficacite. |

Erg grote-, luxe- en schone kamer; directe ligging aan het meer. Kamer lag aan 'wegzijde' indien balkondeur(en) geopend waren hoorde je veel verkeerslawaai. |

Gefallen haben uns besonders die einmalige Lage direkt am See und die ausgesprochen freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Das angeschlossene Restaurant Panorama entspricht nicht dem 5-Sterne-Niveau das vom Hotel verkörpert wird. Die Matratzen und Kissen könnten von besserer Qualität sein. |

die wundervolle Aussicht von der luxurioesen Bar Das Fruehstuecksbuffet war zwar reich aber von niedriger Qualitaet. Das Restaurant Panorama ist nicht zu empfehlen |
