The location is stunning and the hotel is beautifully grand.

Hotel itself with its location is one of slovenian heritage jewels. Helpfullness of the hotel staff is truly amazing, rich healthy breakfast with wonderful view, tea&coffee salon.

Bit worn rooms.

The views were spectacular.There was always something new to look at with alot of activity on the lake.

The best of the waterside hotels, rustic but lots of atmosphere and a lovely spa area.

Cleaning staff forgot to replace our used teacups in the room after the first night!

The friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing. The views fantastic! The location so close to facilities and on the lake. Would recommend.

Creaking floor boards, but in such a magnificent old hotel, could easily forgive that.

Fantastic location! Beautiful views of lake and castle. Easy to walk around to different restaurants. Pool and outdoor area lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The Hotel has a good location but parking is a real problem Couldn't get a parking lot when we first checked in and the hotel staff wasn't the least helpful.

The Hotel Staff at the front desk was unfriendly (shouldn't people working in the hotel be taught to smile even if it is not natural for them to do so) and totally not helpful. The overall feeling was that of a 1 or 2 star hotel rather than the 5 stars it was suppose to be rated, or was I seeing stars when I did the booking. I don't think so cause the booking.com site is really easy to use. Our experience was simply staying in an old big house that has way past its former glory, manned by people who just park themselves in the lobby to check you in and hand you the keys.

Fantastic location, right in fron of the little castle- view is fabulous. Very nice saloons, the balconies on the side of the hotel feature an outstanding pretty view.

You need to pay 1.5 Euro at the breakfast for the egg dishes and the coffee... Pool is filled with natural water and it is not heated - pretty cold.

The hotel located at Lake Bled. When you look out from the window it is just so beautiful. Staff was nice and friendly. We had a reservation trough booking for a standard room but they were very kind to give us a nice lake view room cause we have been in Sava Resort many times. Food was also very good.

Only bad influence was from outside of the hotel. They should rebuilt the building from outside. At leas new paint, fresh up and clean up the walls cause that is a beautiful old building and should not look like that.

Amazing location, we had a beautiful lakeside room. The hotel is classical, with 80 years of history.

обязательно надо брать номер с видом на озеро. из панорамных окон открывается просто фантастический по красоте пейзаж.

прекрасный комплекс бассейнов, но сауну можно было бы сделать тоже бесплатной. не помешали бы халаты в номерах.

Nagyon jó helyen, gyönyörű kilátással a bledi-tóra helyezkedik el. Rend, tisztaság, virágok mindenhol. Mi csak reggelit kértünk, de az fullos volt.
