Service at breakfast. You were not made welcome. You were lucky if you found out you could order a cooked breakfast or coffee and even luckier if you could find someone to take your order. Tables were never set and the staff were more keen on setting up lunch tables than breakfast. Although it say breakfast is available until 11am, you would be lucky if you got anything to eat after 10:30am.

Staff were brilliant. Very helpful. Hotel best location on the lake. Nice old hotel. Good facilities. Wonderful local cake.

Stayed for two nights and after paying for a so called 5 star resort expected to at least have fresh towels on the second night. There was also some confusion with our bill. just glad i had my confirmation to clear it up!

We booked the Grand Hotel Toplice because it was 5 star. We were bumped down to the partner Hotel Golf which is 4 star (that is questionable) and told it was because of maintenance issues!! Unsure whether this was true or whether they overbook and then use their other hotels. We were given a suite for the price of a basic room. The suite had a fantastic view of Lake Bled, but needed some maintenance, and painting (graffiti on inside wall cleaned off but stained - needed paint over). We could not lock our balcony door, and were told the maintenance person would fix it in the morning - this did not happen during our 3 night stay! Breakfast really good. Friendly staff. Good pool/wellness area.

Not the hotel we booked or wanted! Sava Golf needed some maintenance! The outside lighting along the stairway from the promenade to the hotel was not working after dark - very dark and dangerous! Noise separation from other rooms was terrible! Bathroom use in room above sounded like a waterfall in our room!

Wonderful Hotel in an amazing location, right along side the lake. Views were spectacular. Hotel Staff were polite and friendly. We got upgraded to a room with a lake view for our anniversary. Amazing views of Lake Bled with a lovely balcony, room 413 had great views of the castle. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of food. Nice that the hotel offered free parking for it's guests (very rare now days). Would love to return.

The location was the best, I can't imagine staying anywhere else in this area, Fine dining fabulous overlooking the lake and castle. We stayed in a cheaper room at the back, It was fine, spacious and we had a balcony, no traffic noise when doors shut. Lake front rooms would be very special i'm sure. Lovely breakfast and carparking was available no hassles.

Il personale si pone con troppo distacco, il tutto risulta quasi asettico. Ci vorrebbe più garbo...

Paesaggio suggestivo se hai la fortuna che ti assegnino una stanza con vista lago.

Lo staff dell'albergo è totalmente inadeguato, addiritttura scortese in fase di check in. La stanza assegnatami è stata una stanza indecente per una struttura a 5 stelle con mobilio vecchio (e non antico) e con un televisore degli anni 20 che non aveva sintonizzato nessun canale nella lingua italiana.

Ottima posizione con vista lago e castello, ricca e varia la colazione e camere ben arredate.

Unica nota negativa , non volevano riconoscere le tariffe prenotate con il sito booking e volevano addebitarci un importo maggiore.

Hotellet ligger mycket vackert vid en sjö med alptoppar i bakgrunden. Hotellet är stilfullt och vackert inrett. Bra frukostbuffet.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und man hat dadurch einen wunderbaren Blick über den ganzen See, auf die Insel und die Burg.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber (Staub und teilweise klebrige Flecken), extrem klein, ziemlich alt und abgenutzt..... Im Zimmer gab es kein Schild mit "Bitte nicht stören" oder Ähnlichem... um 8.15 Uhr morgens sperrte die Putzfrau die Türe ohne anzuklopfen... Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lieblos, klein und entsprach absolut keinem 5 Sterne Niveau... (max. 2-3 Sterne): warme Speisen musste man bestellen (nur die Hälfte der Tische bekam die Karte mit den warem Speisen), warme Speisen waren absolut nicht schön angerichtet; Als Getränk gab es nur Filter Cafe, alles andere kostet extra... der Service beim Frühstück war unfreundlich und genervt... Der Badebereich (außen) des Hotels ist ebenfalls heruntergekommen und alt. Der frühere Pool ist voll mit dreckigem Wasser und Allgen.....
