Grand Hotel Toplice - Sava Hotels & Resorts  

The Hotel has a good location but parking is a real problem Couldn't get a parking lot when we first checked in and the hotel staff wasn't the least helpful.

The Hotel Staff at the front desk was unfriendly (shouldn't people working in the hotel be taught to smile even if it is not natural for them to do so) and totally not helpful. The overall feeling was that of a 1 or 2 star hotel rather than the 5 stars it was suppose to be rated, or was I seeing stars when I did the booking. I don't think so cause the booking.com site is really easy to use. Our experience was simply staying in an old big house that has way past its former glory, manned by people who just park themselves in the lobby to check you in and hand you the keys.

The hotel located at Lake Bled. When you look out from the window it is just so beautiful. Staff was nice and friendly. We had a reservation trough booking for a standard room but they were very kind to give us a nice lake view room cause we have been in Sava Resort many times. Food was also very good.

Only bad influence was from outside of the hotel. They should rebuilt the building from outside. At leas new paint, fresh up and clean up the walls cause that is a beautiful old building and should not look like that.

Luxury in a beautiful location

Staff were brilliant. Very helpful. Hotel best location on the lake. Nice old hotel. Good facilities. Wonderful local cake.

An outstanding venue -the lake is magnificent. Every aspect of our stay was first class. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was an effort. The room was very comfortable overlooking the lake. Breakfast was included and was very good. They cooked two omlettes for my wife and myself without any cost. Can highly recommend this hotel.

этот отель был выбран так как на сайте www.booking.com в описании номера было: 1. размер - 52м2, 2. вид на парк. в результате размер номера был около 20м2 а вид на парк действительно был, но через дорогу. в остальном: отель на твердую тройку. приветливый персонал и шикарный зал с роялем компенсируют слабый сервис.

Posizione

Paghi il caffè a colazione e in un hotel a 5 stelle non dovrebbe esistere!!!!

Ottima posizione con vista lago e castello, ricca e varia la colazione e camere ben arredate.

Unica nota negativa , non volevano riconoscere le tariffe prenotate con il sito booking e volevano addebitarci un importo maggiore.

La posizione è spettacolare, con le camere che si affacciano sul lago di Bled. L'hotel è ben tenuto e ben rispecchia I fasti passati. La cena presso l'hotel è stata ottima ma il conto salato.

Costo eccessivo della cena, in particolare del vino e dell'acqua. Mezzo litro di vino della casa (non in bottiglia) ci è stato addebitato 26 euro mentre una bottiglia di acqua ci è costata 7 euro. Direi veramente eccessivo anche per un hotel a 5 stelle.

Posizione, struttura e servizio veramente incantevoli

L'unico elemento con possibilità di miglioramento che ho avuto modo di riscontrare, sono gli scalini "alti" per entrare nei parcheggi

Hotellet ligger mycket vackert vid en sjö med alptoppar i bakgrunden. Hotellet är stilfullt och vackert inrett. Bra frukostbuffet.

Wonderful Hotel in an amazing location, right along side the lake. Views were spectacular. Hotel Staff were polite and friendly. We got upgraded to a room with a lake view for our anniversary. Amazing views of Lake Bled with a lovely balcony, room 413 had great views of the castle. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of food. Nice that the hotel offered free parking for it's guests (very rare now days). Would love to return.
