Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Dość drogi garaż, sauna nie działała i nikt nie wiedział kiedy będzie naprawiona |

Bardzo ładny zabytkowy hotel z dobudowaną w latach 70 częścią biznesowo-konferencyjną i parkingiem podziemnym. Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. Wszystko co trzeba zobaczyć w w stolicy Słowenii w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. W hotelu tym spali : królowa Elżbieta, Bill Clinton , Dalaj Lama itd. Cena parkingu za 1 dobę 17 Euro. |

i like the location, the room are cllen ,the bekfast is good, and ther is parking for the car, the servis is good,the stuff is good the tv stations are very poor ther is only few stations but not a big selaction of chanels meny time i ask to ad moor chanels cabls but until now no change,this is the only bed thing for this hotel, |

Quality of breakfast, but services including personnel and way of servicing can be improved I think that personnel that are responsible for cleaning the rooms should not trouble guests if they are in the room. Also quality of cleaning sometimes could be better. |

I like the professional clean atmosphere in the hotel although if I was going to Ljubljana on holiday rather than on business, I would stay elsewhere as this is very much a business hotel |

a lot of noice during the night, because of a night club just behind. The noice is all the night, until 3 o'clock in the night. just horrible. They have to change the windows. |

I was transferred to the Grand Union Executive since part of the Business is being renovated. Grand Union Executive is a great hotel with a wonderful staff. Some renovation is taking place at the Grand Union Business. If you intend to stay at the Grand Union Business Hotel during day time you may (or may not) hear some noise.Check with the Hotel. No problems at the Executive. |

It was central, comfortable and clean. Food was fair. Waiting staff were strict and 'cold' in presentation and communication Building work was taking place right next to our room |

The location is excellent, very close to the main sights and nightlife in Ljubljana. There is a major renovation going on, so there is contruction noise. The rooms do need renovation though. |

Clean, friendly, organzied, exactely what you expect to find in a 4* hotel. Nice pool on the top floor. No flat screen tv, no wifi, only LAN available. Parking is 17 EUR night, which is a joke. Across the street you get that for 3 EUR (turn left, walk 50m away from city center, turn right and you'll see the parking). |

Very frindly staff, spoke excellent English. We were up graded to an executive room which was large very comfortable. Breakfast was execellent. It was very convenient and close to the old city, cafes and restaurants. We would come again. |

spacious room, clean, good location, breakfast, parking. in a certain sense, interesting experience. thanks to austrian rule, ljubljana's old town is really nice. never been in russia, or former yugoslavia, but i guess this is what luxury hotel looked like in cold war years. nostalgic, but needs renovation. |
