お部屋も広く清潔でした。スタッフの方の対応もフレンドリーでした。ロケーションも抜群で、三本橋へもすぐ- のところでした。

大満足でした。アールヌボーﾎｰﾙやレストランもすばらしかったです。メニューに何とBEAR　つまり熊　もありました。

Location

Breakfast zoo. Buffet is excellent but obtaining a table is a constant fight if you travel alone. Other customers and staff remove your personal belonging from table to install other people while you serve yourself at the buffet. I stayed three nights and had to fight the problem every three morning. The parking service was not appropriate. It took me two days to obtain my car keys back.

I found it extremely easy to book online whereas many hotel booking facilities are confusing. I received an e-mail (it is true in response to one of mine, but then the website gave an e-mail address which was useful) telling me that I could book a transfer from the hotel for 22 Euros which would be added to my hotel bill. I did this both ways and found it took away a great deal of anxiety about arriving and departing. I found the staff very welcoming and attentive. I eat in the restaurant adjoining - I was the only person having lunch there that day - and the food was superb, and the set lunch extremely good value. The food was seasonal and obviously sourced and prepared with some care. This was important to me as I am a keen member of the Slow Food Movement. The breakfasts were also good though the coffee was not brilliant (I was there for two separate nights, with two days at Lipica in between). The location could not have been more convenient. I was looking for the architecture of Joze Plecnik and on the night of my arrival I was delighted to find myself on the Triple Bridge about one minute after leaving the hotel. The view from my room of the buildings opposite was also superb.

I don't have any complaints - I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

It was a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke

Unique location, architecture, room confort, facilities, excellent buffet. Very affordable price for what you get - Bill & Hillary Clinton were here anyway -, either tourist or business will be satisfied

Supercentrale ligging naast het centrale plein en tegenover mooie winkels, Hugo Boss, Escada etc. Ontbijt zeer verzorgd voor de liefhebber ook Sloveense 'champagne', vriendelijke bediening. Voor de medewerkers van de receptie was niets te veel; zeer attent en hulpvaardig. Toen we besloten langer te blijven dan 2 nachten gratis upgrade naar prachtige kamer, soort suite. Stijlvol hotel, echt nog waar voor je geld. Maar ja, wat goed genoeg is voor Queen Elisabeth en voor Maxima is ook goed genoeg voor mij :-)

Het zwembad dat gedeeld werd met gasten uit het City hotel. Kinderen maakten daar veel lawaai, terwijl je er voor je rust komt.

Elegant and the staff were extremely professional and helpful at all times.

The non smoking room had been used by a smoker and there was a hotel- provided ashtray in the room. This was very disappointing and I asked to change rooms. People are continuing to smoke in the non smoking areas, rooms and corridors and this should be eliminated.

Wire internet in our room was awful

Very good Hotel, in an excelent position to visit the city centre

Everything very good: I will come back

Good all round hotel,pity you can not enjoy a glass or two of wine with a cigarette.
