We were lucky to have been upgraded to a suite, incredibly spacious. A very large breakafst. No time to try the swimming-pool. Could be a bit noisy, maybe, as very close to the lively town center. |

Location is superb. A short walk to everything. Couple of minutes to main square. Breakfast is excellent. Good view of castle from balcony. Room was spacious and comfortable. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Also, no iron. Decor is dated but this seems common in Slovenian hotels. Television bizarely placed in middle of room on desk. |

It was good time spent in Grand Hotel Union for my family. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Great location and breakfast. |

the location is excellent for a city trip to Ljubljana, however, given the rates, I think the parking should be included for free- |

It was a brief stay - 1 day. The staff were friendly and the service was very good. Yiu could provide more information about the eating facilities available in the hotel |

Air conditioning was not working in our section but they put us there during a heat wave. When I complained they kept giving us run around for an hour saying "we are fixing it, try back in an hour". Very reluctant to give another room. Only when went down and said we would check out did they move us to the working section. Very unhelpful front desk. |

The location is central and the staff very professional and they spoke excellent English.Also the breakfast was very good. The room carpet and drapes need to be updated. |

the hotel is situated near the city center which is very easy to reach 17 euros per day for the garage! it is too expensive! |

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Clean hotel (as everything in Slovenia!), nice breakfast, central position, ideal for a city tourist. The bed: 2 sheets in a double bed would have been better than just one, the bed was also too hard. Othervise excellent overall experience. |

Location was absolutely great in the heart of the Old Town and near the Conference Centre. Breakfast was superb! Very friendly hotelpersonnel. Free internet in the rooms 24/7! |
