Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Location, Great Clean City. Loved our stay.

Very pleasant and large room. Amazing breakfast.

Good swimming pool but spa area a bit cheap.

Breakfast is soso. Pancakes are cold, bread was at least one or two days old. A lot of choice, but the quality was somewhat disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

the location is excelent, right in the center of the beautifull city of Ljubliana. Rooms are very large, with high standard of maintenance. Very nice hotel for its price. Breakfast is included , with a lot of choice, but to my taste a little flat.

The beds are very hard, and a little short for my 1m90 ( 6'3").

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we didn't know nothing about Ljubljana or even Slovenia. The staff was very friendly, they passed a lot of time to give us all the information we needed (and we have ask them a lot ;-)). They didn't even proposed the restaurant of the hotel when we were looking for a place to eat at 3h30 pm. The breakfast is just fabulous, you can find nearly all kind of food (except maybe chinese steam food but we don't come in Solvenia to eat that right ? :- )) Location is perfect as it's really town center and the hotel is proposing a shift for the airport cheaper than the taxi. The spa and the swimming pool is also very nice. I personnally liked the chocolate massage :-)

Only 2 small things: 1- fruit juice is not fresh juice but this is very scarce to have that even in big hotels. 2- the sauna is mixte and I am not used at all

Wire internet in our room was awful

Very good Hotel, in an excelent position to visit the city centre

Good all round hotel,pity you can not enjoy a glass or two of wine with a cigarette.

The wellness centre was excellent. Great sauna facilities, swimming pool. Ample space with a balcony and city / castle view from the wellness centre.

The guy working at the gift shop was very unfriendly.

The location is perfect, the nearest hotel to the heart of the old town. The breakfast is excellent. The facility is good and clean. The twin room with two queen-size double beds is spacious and enough for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). Strongly recommended.

Maybe extra parking fee, if I have to mention.
