The Hostel h2o is very well located and the staff were very nice and helpfull

I was in a room above the reception which was really noisy because we could hear the tv and people talking. There was only 1 bathroom and shower to share with 3 rooms of 4 bedrooms each. One day I went down to have breakfast before going to an excursion, The next day I went down at the same hour 8 oclock but there was nothing prepared. That morning they didnt offer breakfast, I dont know why. Also the lockers are beside each bed but mine was not working because the key was wrong. I would not suggest to stay in this hotel. A pity because it is very well located and the receptionist were very nice.

It's pretty and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Very worth your money.

There is no elevator, it might cause you inconvenience if you carry large luggages.

I do not advice people to book this hostel!!! I booked for 3 nights and spend there just one night because I left the hostel after the first night!!! The reasons were: other people were partying all night, I repeat all night, from 23.30 to 7.30, they were drunk, they spoke like if they were alone or in to some disco where they could speak louder, they strongly closed doors, they were smoking (I hope it was just tobacco - I smelled it like if they were beside me)... I ask them to stop and their actions were keep partying. Next morning (at 8.00am) I told the reception what happened and for my surprise I received the following answers: I was staying in a hostel so people could party, make noise and bother other guests ; be drunk is normal in young people who wants to party and for the price I was paying I shouldn't complain for anything! After what they told me I wanted my money back because the cancellation was justified and received another amazing answer after the receptionist call the manager: he said that he wouldn't return any money and he couldn't be responsible for any problem caused by guests... And he also said either I keep the bedroom or leave it adding at the end that I wouldn't find a cheap bedroom in Ljubljana. He told everything by phone and he didn't bother to come to the hostel to try to find a solution!!!! Another amazing thing is that I received on the same day in the afternoon an e-mail trying to fix things.... Where people have their heads?? Iam on holidays I don't check e- mails so often. I had the opportunitty to check my e-mail on the next day. I believe I left my cell phone contact.. Why they didn't call me?????? I lost my money because they had an unacceptable and not tolerable behavior... And it is a surprise for me that booking.com have these kind of establishments advertised on the site!!!!!

The location.

The room is really smelly. There's no wifi signal in the room I'm staying and also the kitchen in the room is not working properly. Shower isn't hot, it's between warm and cool which is really a torture for November weather. Also, no hair dryer. I'll not stay here again next visit.

during our stay was cold }falling snow and there was no heating during thr first night

The Hostel was very close to the city center, just 5 mins walk from Dragon Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and great value for money. There were some really nice restaraunts nearby within 5 mins walking distance.

H2o Hostel have a good location just walking distance for everything in the city, also staff there are very friendly.

The location is excellent and the staff is very kind and helpful.

We stayed for almost a week and the lack of hangers and shelves or a small wardrobe for our jackets and clothes was somewhat uncomfortable.

Ljubljana is a small capital, so everything is close to the the hostel. But it is in the middle of the city. In the surrounding area there is a lot of bar, coffee, restaurant. Almost every sights in 5 mins walk.

Every doors and furniture were really noisy and the bathroom was really worn.

This is the second time I visit this hostel. Same as before, good location,spotlessly clean, friendly staffs, reasonable price. I will recommend my friends this hostel if they plan to visit Ljubljana!

This is a wonderful city with a wonderful little hostel- we had a clean room with clean and comfortable beds. The staff is outstandingly friendly- they waited for us for three hours, they helped us out with change - just wonderful!

Relación calidad precio, perfecta. Muy centrico, a cinco minutos de la estación de tren, limpio y muy buena atención personal. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche y nos dejaron la llave en un sobre con nuestro nombre. Muy atentos para cualquier duda.
