Family-friendly inviroment

Comfort, do to the fact that this is Hotel designed in 80's, I suposse that it is not posible to make over...

the general sevice level and the restaurant for breakfast

The environment was very loud, restorants music, etc. Basicly this is a hotel for pensioners

Free parking, free wi-fi, easy access to the old and lovely city of Piran via public & free bus shuttle (5 minutes walk from the hotel to the shuttle bus stop, then 5 minutes ride on the bus to the city center).

The hotel is not as modern as other 4 stars hotels we stayed in during this trip (e.g. small screen tube TV). The access to the sea is not very pleasant, I wouldn't stay there just to enjoy swimming in the sea.

The facilities at Histrion are what makes it a 4 star hotel: the indoor salt water swimming pools are very clean and great if you want to get out of the sun during the heat of the day in summer, or if you have young children (we were travelling with an 18 month toddler) and find going into the sea with them rather difficult. There are many different pools (kids pools with slides and long deep pools for serious swimmers) that you can always find one which is virtually empty, and as a guest at Histrion you also have access to the outdoor swimming pool at Vila Barka. The hotel's private beach is also nice, but can get a bit crowded in summer. The breakfast buffet has a great range of good food and the breakfast room overlooking the sea is beautiful. All the cleaning staff and waiting staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms at Histrion are okay, but not really 4 star quality. They are clean, but rather small - the beds could be wider, and the luggage rack was only just big enough for the suitcase. The shower comprised a high narrow bath with a shower screen rather than a proper shower. The rooms also lack the standard complimentary tea/coffee facilities. The balconies are good sized, but the high concrete wall of the balcony obscured our view of the lagoon when we were sitting in the chairs. Also, the price was a little bit too high. If it had been, say, 20% cheaper, I'd have said Histrion is a great choice!

The location of the hotel is excellent within a realtively short walk of Parin and Portoroz. There was also a good choice of restaurants near the hotel.

Having to pay for towels and sunbeds when guests of hotel is total unacceptable.

Breakfast - too much low quality white bread.

EVERYTHING!!! great hotel! a steal for the money. first of all the location. its half way between PortoRoz and Piran and in walking distance from both; so you get to enjoy both worlds. second the rooms are spacious and have grat ocean views. the staff is so helpful and always in good spirits. and the spa/pools of the hotel are out of this world. really. i started counting the pools and stooped after 6! one day i had leave the hotel early - before breakfast and the staff prepared for me breakfast box the lasted me for the whole day ! and i didn't even ask for it. ho; and the food at breakfast was excellent. so ; as i said- its a bargain . i will defiantly stay there again and again.

there was nothing that i didn't like.

Vom Balkon aus einmaliger Ausblick auf das Meer bis nach Kroatien, vielfältiges Frühstück, sehr sauber, grosser Wellness-Bereich, sehr nettes Personal.

Direkt beim Hotel gibt es leider keine Einstiegsstellen mehr ins Meer (gab es noch vor 3 Jahren).

V tem hotelu sem bil že veliko krat in se tja zelo rad vračam zaradi lokacije, udobja, prijaznosti osebja, možnosti dogovorov in še in še....

V hotelu bi lahko imela vsaka soba tudi kopalni plašč.

-4 gwiazdki to dużo za dużo - 3 to wszystko: - reklamowany jako hotel z parkingiem, a możliwość zaparkowania na własne ryzyko spory kawałek poza hotelem; - od windy-do windy z korytarza, schodami trzeba bagaż nosić na półpiętra;

Ottima cena una buona colazione ottima pulizia

Come avrete notato ho messo insufficienza su " staf-servizi " soggiorno nel vostro albergo ormai da oltre 10 anni e non ho mai trovato una confusione tale come quella del 1 maggio non si sapeva dove parcheggiare la sera non era possibile pronotare la cena in quanto mi è stato riferito che non c'erano posti nonostante io abbia cercato di far capire che attraverso il " booking " non era possibile prenotare , mi è stato detto che molte persone avrebbero lasciato l'albergo alla sera in quanto soggiornavano nella piscina . In conclusione continuerò a venire nel vostro albergo in quanto mi sono sempre trovato bene ma mai più il 1 maggio Vi chiedo scusa della mia lamentela ma credetemi ci ha creato difficoltà in quanto stanchi del viaggio desideravamo solo poter riposare distintamente Gebriele Busatto-Germana

predlagal bi uvedbo protidrsnih trakov na marmornih stopnicah (zaradi izgleda in drsnosti se posamezna stopnica ne vidi) sprotno odnašanje krožnikov iz mize ne bi bilo moteče - še posebej,če je več nadzornikov kot osebja a strežbo

Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmermädchen sind gründlich und zuvorkommend. Frisches Obst beim Frühstück und ein sehr gutes Nussbrot.

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein wenig einfaltsreicher sein.

Bagno in camera non adeguato.

Profesionální přístup personálu k hostům.

uvítal bych možnost výletu lodí malé kapacity, třeba jen do centra.

Preveč hrupa

La posizione davvero splendida. La cortesia e disponibilità delle addette alla Reception. L'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il parcheggio gratuito.

Lo scarso isolamento acustico dai corridoi alle camere. La colazione non é da 4 stelle: tutta centrata sul salato, alla tedesca.
