- the girls washrooms need an extra key, but the lock wasnt working! ive been trying several minutes in the middle of the night, had to use the mens. when i complained the said ' well, that could happen isnt?' - it wasnt clean
Great value, comfy bed, TV, decent sized room
Location not great, near to to hospital & so car parking difficult & on meters, fairly noisy on corridors, wifi only at reception desk
not so clean in shared facilities and rooms also
We had a private room for two people. We were lucky to get the room right next to the public room, so we even had wifi in our room.
Location could be better.
Location Staff Wifi Room City
Good value for money - for the same price it is hard to get a single room elsewhere. One of the staff members was really helpful, giving good tips and advice.
The location isn't the best- it takes 20-25 minutes by foot to the city center, but it wasn't too bothersome after getting used to it. The wifi only works in the common area. The shared bathroom, while acceptable, would be much better if it looked cleaner and newer.
no soap in buthroom &room noise doors
bad clean in wc
friendly staff, quiet room, cheap
toilet was leaking
Nothing was good
Awfull rooms for a human beeing to stay even for 10 mins. Me and my fience we were so stuborn to book on this budget hotel... Wish we knew the truth. Nobodies wrote here what is going on, I assume hotel's stuff just only did. When we just arrived there, everything seemed weird... Even the road we reached to get there was like a ghetto road.Once we get in, ofcourse there was that friendly kind receptionist which I found a huge contrast to the rest.... She asked us to pay on check in, which now I know why this is happening!! She gave us tourist guides about Ljubljana and the keys for the room which it was on the main floor and the key for woman's toilet, only for woman's, I can imagine why... While whole convertation was taking place, I was staring at hotel's clients coming down to main floor by upstairs... Local people arround 40s, 50s, stinky with beer on their hands, with only pants on.. It was a freaky mess, I was spelling oh my!!! The sad thing was that our money were getting low, because we had a long road trip previously and ljubljana was our last station before we get back home. So we had no other choise. Seriously I didnt know what will come next.. Once this friendly kind receptionist opened the door to show us our room, I saw a used double bed, a used one yes... By all means... Messy sheets on top. Surprise! We entered on someone else's room. No wonder! Receptionist said "you shouldnt watch this, this is not happens normally", I was like ok wheres the other room?... She found then on the same floor another room and what she did it was to knock the door first.... Can you imagine??!? I was laughing but at the same time I was full desperate!!!! We got in, we saw sheets on their place, bed was looking ok. She said whetever else you need just let me know. Room was really but really old LOOKING.Not the nice old, vintage style for sure!!!!!!!!! It reminded me those buildings on sarajevo or old sanatorium rooms!!!! Ok..
The staff were lovely and helpful, leaving our room open as we were arriving late at night and helping us the following day to get around
It's cheap and you can tell. The rooms are dingy, although comfortable and our stank of stank of stake smoke. The bathrooms were acceptable but not the cleanest.
Good value for money Reasonably close to city centre (25 min) Useful sink in room Clean room, no mosquitoes
fairly basic bed, ok for me as I was very tired! Neighbourhood somewhat dodgy late at night, to be expected.
I was there for a month. I thought that in that time the sheets could have been changed at least once
The rooms were clean and with new furniture.
There was a problem with the door of the women toilet, also after midnight the staff was gone and there was no one who could help us unlock the door.
Noise in the night from other travellers
staff was smilling very friendly good english and helpful.very clean rooms good value for money
facilities not so good
The location was good around 15 minutes from the city center. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and so were the shared bathrooms. Free WiFi near the lobby.
Nice staff, good view on the see, comfortable parking.
The way back from the see shore is up the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes.
After 11 pm there is nobody at the reception and people make noise.
You get what you pay for. Friendly English speaking staff
Toilets we're disgusting and we had to avoid using them for our stay.
Good location, clean, cheap
WiFi only in lobby but I think they're upgrading soon..
It's far away from the center. After 11:00 pm there is nobody at the reception and the people don't respect silence.
The receptionist was friendly, flexible and ready to help us. TV had a broad range of channels and the rooms were clean and freshly painted. The furniture was simple but in good condition. Although wifi is said to work in the lounge, we could use it in the rooms without any problem. (This is most likely dependent on your location.) Common bathrooms were not disgusting on the hostel scale. Railway station, supermarkets and fast-food restaurants are close.
Prepare for some noise at night. Mostly young people seem to take the rooms. Toilets and shower rooms are common, but this is indicated on this website. No 24-hour reception.
a bit away from the center, but close to art district. very basic, but clean. WIFI is available in the special room where one can find coffee and food automat. Very nice staff - provided us with maps/guides and answered all our questions
no soap in the toilets
