Są inne bardziej urokliwe hotele w Bled. Byłam w momencie kiedy hotel miał komplet gości, na śniadaniu było b.tłoczno i był problem ze znalezieniem parkingu.

Beautiful view from room. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful spa area, however treatments way over priced for service, nothing special except a deep scoop in the pocket. Nice pool area. Staff rather aloof.

That having booked a superior room with views of the lake we were put in an inferior small room in a nearby hotel where the basin was broken, the shower door was defective so that the bathroom floor was flooded and the waste bin was broken. The cheaper price offered was above the advertised rate and the finally negotiated rate although reasonable did not make up for our disappointment at being put in an inferior room and hotel.We expected the booking made several months ago to be honoured.

Breakfast diversified, the pool, hotel position, the big room, parking place, the programs for tourists.

Absence of air conditioning in the room, installation problems from bath, absence of wireless internet in the room.

It was very close to the lake and had a great breakfast buffet.

A liitle pricy and was starting to feel a little old.

Our room was huge - I assume we got a suite for the price of the double. We had some issue with the room we got originally, but after noting it, we were moved to another one the next day - with a great view over the lake. Breakfast was good. The spa is large, offering a view over the lake as well. It is open to the public, but there were hardly any people there.

Rooms are generally worn off a bit. They charge extra for the bathrobe and also for the use of the saunas - the later one is specifically expensive.

We were very lucky,we had a upgrade, our room had balconys on two sides, with views of the lake and the mountains.The hotel is getting a bit tied, but that's the only bad comment.When we stayed they had a conference ,on plus many bus tours, so breakfast etc was busy,the food was good and plenty to choose from.

It's not a complaint about this hotel, but all hotels in Europe, in Australia, from a one star Motel to five star International Hotel, they provide a iron and ironing board in every room, plus tea and coffee making facilites, even if Hotel like the Golf charged a extra 10 euro a night, we would have still booked our stay, don't European hotels understand, that when you are travelling, you may need to press a shirt, not send it to their laundry and wait and pay over the top for a service that they should provide, to their customers.

The location, very central to the Conference I was attending, and close to the Lake. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient service.

Location and the view! You couldn't get a better location or view. From here you can walk everywhere. The pool and sauna are great, and the view of Lake Bled is spectacular. Splurge on a lake view.

I found the staff to be indifferent, but that's typical of large hotel chains. The room also had no robes (they said they ran out of them) and only the pool was included in the cost, not the Sauna. You pay extra for that. The room was clean, but it smelled and the walls need repainting. If you want a warm welcome to Lake Bled with that special touch, don't come here. But if location and a view are important to you, this is the place.

Nice hotel in a great place

Понравилось местоположение, прекрасный вид на озеро, кормление лебедей. Замечательные пешеходные маршруты, освещенная трасса вокруг озера, поездки в горы. Очень понравился бассейн в отеле.
