Понравилось местоположение, прекрасный вид на озеро, кормление лебедей. Замечательные пешеходные маршруты, освещенная трасса вокруг озера, поездки в горы. Очень понравился бассейн в отеле.

Ощущение возврата в СССР. Ужасная и не квалифицированная работа рецепции,откровенное хамство персонала.

Excellent wellness-spa. 3-4 big pools with the lake view, slide, jacuzzi, sauna etc.

The room was not painted recently (some spots on the wall). You have to pay extra if you want to use sauna (which is not ok when you are guest in a four star hotel).

Comfortable clean room with good views of the lake as requested.

Main restaurant was too much like eating in a busy canteen, so only had breakfast - food was ok. But there are are good local restaurants nearby. There are a lot of bus tours using the hotel. An ok hotel, but nothing special to make me want to return.

The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly. They had an entertainment night for free at the lobby that all of us enjoyed. The spa is clean and big.

The breakfast buffet was not rich enough.

The pool and location are good

I was very upset with the fact that I was not given an Air-conditioned room without any intimation. Even your booking did not indicate this anywhere. They later gave us an option which had only part lake view and single large bed. I demand a refund for the price difference for not being given an AC room in such hot conditions.

The location. Bled is a delightful lakeside town with wonderful scenery. We were able to drive to the mountains and other small towns. We enjoyed walks by the lake and ice cream or coffee in the local cafes! I enjoyed the spa and pool, but did not appreciate the local ducks having access through an outside area of the pool!

Nothing to comment on about the hotel and facilities. Did think it was the ugliest building in town and a scar on the landscape.

We stayed there only for one night and one day, but it was excellent. The staff and service was great. We also enjoyed in spa resort. The view was fantastic. And food as well. Compliments to the hotel and reception.

Restaurant and bar close too early, while nothing much is a/v near the hotel making it very difficult for people check in late or have to work till late before dinner/refreshment.

This is an excellent hotel for a very good price. I recommend this hotel to all of my friends when traveling to Lake Bled.

There wasnt air conditioning in the room.

I liked a view to the Lake from the loggia very much.

I did not like some problems with an internet connection.

If you're willing to pay the slight up charge to be on the "lake side" of the hotel, you get a splendid view of Lake Bled.

In spite of the fourth floor being the floor for those who wish to smoke, our room on the fifth floor definitely had that stale smoke smell. Not what I consider an enticing first impression of a hotel room. Possibly from days gone by when smoking was permitted throughout the hotel. Only way to get rid of it is to rip out the carpet and drapes and replace. Was informed that the air handling (air conditioning presumably) wasn't going to be turned on for another two weeks.

we enjoy in pool with the best romantic overlooking the lake Bled and castle , buffet for breakfast and dinner are very wide with very god choise of fruits and salats .

missing animation like leasure dance salsa ...or airobic in pool in the morning /afternoon ,guests expact dance at evening every night and not just once a week. The band music is great but the area where it was intended for dancing is not adequate at the entrance to the restaurant on that case became playrooms for childern.The music can starting after dinner in restaurant .
