Ощущение возврата в СССР. Ужасная и не квалифицированная работа рецепции,откровенное хамство персонала.

Big room with lobby and a large terrace. Comfortable, large french bed. Heating even in May due to low outside temperature.

Small bathroom, very small shower cabin. Closed wellness department (swimming pools and saunas) due to cleaning, but neither booking.com or the Hotel's web page informed us about this important fact (we choosed this hotel mainly for its well equipped wellness facilities, but we cannot use them). Poor selection of foods in the breakfast, average quality, and slow re-fill of foods. No information about events in the hotel - there was a power lifting competition right under our room, and in bad weather (4 c outside) while we were in our room, on the whole day we should hear knock-knock as body buliders lifted and dropped heavy weights.

We were very lucky,we had a upgrade, our room had balconys on two sides, with views of the lake and the mountains.The hotel is getting a bit tied, but that's the only bad comment.When we stayed they had a conference ,on plus many bus tours, so breakfast etc was busy,the food was good and plenty to choose from.

It's not a complaint about this hotel, but all hotels in Europe, in Australia, from a one star Motel to five star International Hotel, they provide a iron and ironing board in every room, plus tea and coffee making facilites, even if Hotel like the Golf charged a extra 10 euro a night, we would have still booked our stay, don't European hotels understand, that when you are travelling, you may need to press a shirt, not send it to their laundry and wait and pay over the top for a service that they should provide, to their customers.

The location, very central to the Conference I was attending, and close to the Lake. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient service.

The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly. They had an entertainment night for free at the lobby that all of us enjoyed. The spa is clean and big.

The breakfast buffet was not rich enough.

I liked a view to the Lake from the loggia very much.

I did not like some problems with an internet connection.

It was very close to the lake and had a great breakfast buffet.

A liitle pricy and was starting to feel a little old.

Location and the view! You couldn't get a better location or view. From here you can walk everywhere. The pool and sauna are great, and the view of Lake Bled is spectacular. Splurge on a lake view.

I found the staff to be indifferent, but that's typical of large hotel chains. The room also had no robes (they said they ran out of them) and only the pool was included in the cost, not the Sauna. You pay extra for that. The room was clean, but it smelled and the walls need repainting. If you want a warm welcome to Lake Bled with that special touch, don't come here. But if location and a view are important to you, this is the place.

Spa in wellnes center, gurmanska ponudba, prijaznost osebja še posebej črnolasi in brkati mlajši receptor.

Delovni čas frizerskega salona in blond starejša receptorka. Zaradi nje se verjetno ne bom več odločila za obisk tega hotela.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Adatto sia a coppie per il centro benessere sia a famiglie con bimbi per l'ampia zona piscina anche con uno scivolo. Camere ampie e personale disponibile. Classica colazione abbondantissima, di discreta qualità. Abbiamo evitato la mezza pensione... Ci sono molti ristorantini dove con pochi euro si mangia davvero bene nei dintorni.

La zona saune è molto bella ma ha pochissimi lettini per il relax a disposizione, alla reception ti dicono di usare quelli della piscina al piano superiore ma non è esattamente una zona rilassante visto che (giustamente) in quella zona ci sono I bimbi che giocano e fanno chiasso.Potrebbero gestirla meglio.
