The fact that you have to press parlaphone to ask the receptionist to let you pass by car over pedestrian zone in order to reach hotel parking.Unfortunately the parlaphone was hidden because of children who used to play with it as the receptionist explained.

The cleaning staff was very loud in the morning.

Excellent location - in the very center of the city but very quiet. All the important locations in Maribor are within a walking distance (less than 10 minutes). Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Kind and efficient staff.

Really good value for money. Just stayed one night while driving true the city. We had room for three person and there were good opened sofa for child. Still enough space in room. Separated wc and shower. Excellent location and parking area for cars

All rooms are not equipped with Air condition and it will be 9 Euro extra charge. This was mentioned in booking.com, but I miss it. After checked in to hotel we noticed the case. I checked booking.com and, Yes 9 Euro. I asked to have it with 9 Euro and we good new room with ac, but it did not worked. I asked to have a new room again or ac repaired. They check the ac and agreed it is not working and told they have no other rooms. After 5 minutes negations they offer us 2 person room without possibility to have extra bed (we were two adults and one child) with ac or just our current room. We decided to keep the room because of the space and ac was still working as Fan. So mistake was not done by hotel but by me, hotel stuff worked well

The hotel is centrally located. Staff were friendly and the rooms and hotel in general were very clean and tidy.

A little hard to find by car as the hotel is located in a pedestrianised area.

Very hard to find where to go for parking your car at the hotel. this should be explained well before booking.

Its fantastic location...In the heart of the city...

Room for one person was really nice and big enough for two smaller people to stay too.

The system to drive in to the walking area, did not work at all. We had to walk to the hotel every time when we wanted to have our car back to the hotel. Hotel staff also tried to book us to the other hotel even when we had a previous reservation.

The location was excellent

the room was beside the lift, we found it hard to sleep because of the noise of the lift.

Preis-Leistung - über 80EUR pro Nacht ist einfach zu teuer. 60 EUR max.

Csendes tizsta szálloda, készséges, segytőkész, angolul is beszélő "portás". Pazar reggeli. Központi fekvésű szálloda, minden közel van.

Dohányzó szobát kaptunk, viszont az ablakot csak 14 cm-nyire tudtuk kinyitni, mqgyarul nem tudtunk kiszellőztetni, így tehát nem is dohányoztunk.Az ajánlatban fedett garázs szerepelt, de odaérkezésünkkor szóba sem került, a nyitott parkolóban természetesen akadt helyünk.
