Zeer aangename, gezellige stad. Hotel prima centraal gelegen en makkelijk bereikbaar. Ideaal om een avondje door te brengen na een dagje auto rijden en 's anderendaags fris weer te vertrekken. |

Hotel ligt lekker in het centrum. Kamers zijn goed en schoon, niet overdreven luxe, maar gewoon goed. |

Nieuwe ruime kamers, geschikt om bureauwerk in de kamer te doen; behulpzaam personeel. Internet op de kamer. Informatie over eigen busdienst kon niet worden gegeven; aangekondigde fietsverhuur werkte niet omdat de fietsen stuk waren en niet werden gerepareerd. (Dan moeten ze de aankondiging weghalen). |

The hotel is situated in the City centre in the pedestrian zone; however the hotel has its own parking, which is very convenient. Rooms were renewed and are very cozy. Although the city is very small it enables visitor to walk through the city. |

room comfort, breakfast, The fact that you have to press parlaphone to ask the receptionist to let you pass by car over pedestrian zone in order to reach hotel parking.Unfortunately the parlaphone was hidden because of children who used to play with it as the receptionist explained. |

Excellent location - in the very center of the city but very quiet. All the important locations in Maribor are within a walking distance (less than 10 minutes). Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Kind and efficient staff. |

Really good value for money. Just stayed one night while driving true the city. We had room for three person and there were good opened sofa for child. Still enough space in room. Separated wc and shower. Excellent location and parking area for cars All rooms are not equipped with Air condition and it will be 9 Euro extra charge. This was mentioned in booking.com, but I miss it. After checked in to hotel we noticed the case. I checked booking.com and, Yes 9 Euro. I asked to have it with 9 Euro and we good new room with ac, but it did not worked. I asked to have a new room again or ac repaired. They check the ac and agreed it is not working and told they have no other rooms. After 5 minutes negations they offer us 2 person room without possibility to have extra bed (we were two adults and one child) with ac or just our current room. We decided to keep the room because of the space and ac was still working as Fan. So mistake was not done by hotel but by me, hotel stuff worked well |

The hotel is centrally located. Staff were friendly and the rooms and hotel in general were very clean and tidy. A little hard to find by car as the hotel is located in a pedestrianised area. |

The staff was helpful, and the rooms comfortable. High-quality brekafast. WiFi Internet connection is available only in the lobby. In the rooms there is an Internet connection, but you have to buy an Internet cabel. |

Room for one person was really nice and big enough for two smaller people to stay too. The system to drive in to the walking area, did not work at all. We had to walk to the hotel every time when we wanted to have our car back to the hotel. Hotel staff also tried to book us to the other hotel even when we had a previous reservation. |

The location is fantastic and the staff were eager to please. There doesn't appear to be a bar in the hotel but there are plenty close by and the centre is quite small. We were on a football trip and it was the perfect. place to stay 10 mins from the stadium and looking on to the fans square. They should really contact guests before arrival to explain to them how to get past the barriers if they are driving. Directions to the hotel are signposted through the city but gettin past the barrier and through the pedestrian zone to the car park needs to be explained better. |
