Perfect place for a long weekend! Private jacuzzi on the terrace, private sauna and all internal services made a big difference. To go back there for sure.

Innanzi tutto la struttura e' particolarmente bella e curata, ho avuto la possibilita' di portare con me il mio cagnolino e poi ti puoi coccolare con il benessere direttamente e privatamente dalla tua stanza... Lo consiglio a tutti.... e' un modo per staccare la spina e potersi rigenerare!! Peccato che non c' era neve....

La qualité des prestations est parfaite ! La description et les photos disponibles sur le site Booking reflètent exactement la réalité ! Spa, sauna, poêle cheminee tout y est dans le calme total ! Très bonne adresse Quelques détails (signales au gérant) : La capacité du ballon d'eau chaude notoirement insuffisante ! (2 adultes + 1 ado ...) Dans le grand appartement (prévu pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants) "La" chambre n'a pas de porte et l'intimité y est très réduite ....

Apartma je bil zelo lepo urejen, oprema v kuhinji je enkratna.Uživali smo v jacuzziju in savni.Imeli smo nepozaben oddih, ki se ga bomo še dolgo spominjali. Osebje je zelo prijazno in uslužno, zato Hišo Nežo res zelo priporočamo.

Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza al centro e la sauna e l'idromassaggio nell'appartamento. Le foto dell'appartamento scelto non sono corrispondenti all'appartamento avuto. La struttura dell'appartamento avuto è simile a quella delle foto ma non è lo stesso. Quello che hanno dato a noi quattro era a in un seminterrato, niente vista sulla città dalla terrazza e niente sole tutto il giorno. Dalle finestre e dalla terrazza, l'unica cosa che si vedeva erano le macchine parcheggiate nel parcheggio adiacente, dal basso. Di questo mi sono lamentata subito con il proprietario che mi ha offerto il 10% di sconto sul prezzo finale, resta comunque il fatto che non trovo giusto pagare lo stesso prezzo dell'appartamento sopra uguale ma con vista sulla città e sole tutto il giorno come non trovo giusto mettere foto ingannevoli per attirare il cliente. Inoltre devo dire che nel divano letto è assolutamente impossibile dormire da quanto è scomodo, noi abbiamo dovuto comprare dei materassini per tentare di pareggiare I dislivelli ma comfort zero e mal di schiena assicurato. Ottimi invece I letti in camera. Insomma è un appartamento per due più che per quattro anche come spazi per muoversi in cucina. Infine l'idromassaggio era appena stato acceso quando siamo arrivati e abbiamo dovuto aspettare due giorni che arrivasse a temperatura per poterlo usare, tanto l'acqua era fredda, anche in questo noto poca attenzione nei confronti dell'ospite pagante.

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Erityisesti huoneisto 1 näkymät kattoterassilta ympäröivään vuoristoon olivat upeat! Kellarikerroksessa sijaitsevien huoneistojen näkymät sen sijaan olivat aika ankeat. Hotellin edestä löytyi myös ilmaiset parkkipaikat. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelu erinomaista. Huoneiston sisustus oli uutta ja modernia. Huoneistot olivat myös siistejä. Terassilla oli suuri poreallas. Terassin sadekatos oli heppoinen ja ei suojannut kalusteita vesisateelta. Huoneiston sauna oli infrapunasauna. Lisäksi huoneiston sullakkeet eivät kestäneet saunan ja poreammeen yhtäaikaista päällä pitoa. Pesutiloissa ei ollut lattialämmitystä tai edes lastaa, jolla lattiat olisi saanut kuivaksi. Huoneistossa ei myöskään ollut uunia ja kettiövälineitä oli muutenkin niukasti. Yhteisissä tiloissa löytyi pyykinpesukone, jossa ei kuitenkaan linko toiminut.

Ideal position in Kranjska Gora ..... spotless clean apartment with a modern, well equipped kitchen ..... sauna and a very spacious sun terrace with jacuzzi , with a breathtaking view - ideal for relaxation . Very friendly reception , ready to help ..... private parking space .... Occasional unpleasant smell in the shower plumbing ....very rare ..... Occasional discrete beeping sound from the neighbourhood - some kind of alarm or pump ....friendly reception were aware of the problem and promised it will be fixed promptly ....

Modern & trendy accomodation with own terrace, jacuzzi & sauna. Well equipped kitchen, nice & clean bathroom, free bathrobes. Located in cosy village with supermarket in centre & some restaurants. Very well located to visit Bled, Bohinj, Ljubljana or to walk in the mountains. Free parking, garden with free chairs, 2 bicycles available free use, free WiFi. Warm welcome by the owner. Makes you feel at home and is very helpful to supply futher information during your stay. Hope to come back to House Neza in the future !

super clean, new, modern, extremely comfortable, full kitchen appliances, fireplace, lots of good TV channels etc. Also great location! The cleaning fee! Ridiculously high for short stays. Small things - could hear dog and kids from another apartment, poor lighting in our apartment (due to the eco-friendly lightbulbs - living room felt like night-time during the day), and 10am is on the early side for check-out.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Das Appartment war urgemütlich und sehr sauber. Die wenigen Schritte zum Skilift sind optimal und wir konnten sogar die Skiausrüstung für unsere Tochter im Haus Neza ausleihen, so dass es gleich auf die Piste gehen konnte. Wir werden sicherlich wieder buchen!
