Hotel Jelovica

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla rannan tuntumassa. Huone oli kauniisti uudistettu ja tilava. Olimme varanneet lisämaksullisen huoneen järven puolelta. Näköalaan olin vähän pettynyt, koska huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa eikä järvelle juurikaan näkynyt.

Hyvä sijainti, kaunis näkymä järvelle. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta vastaanotossa.

Huoneen suihku oli epäkuntoinen. Aamiaisravintolan henkilökunta erittäin tylyä. Hoitolapalvelut kannattaisi pitää tarjolla viikonloppuisinkin.

Helpful staff, beautiful view, good swimming pool, many flowers on the balconies and cleaneless of the outside park, safe car parking.

The bathroom facilities ( shower head, curtain, sink, tap ) are poor, no ventilation. No cleaning in the room during a week-stay, only some minor arrangements. The breakfast generally lacked the good quality and variety. Dishes-saucers, cups, plates - are worn.

Best hotel location in front of bus terminal. Lake view is picturesque.

The lake and its surrounds - very scenic.

Very noisy. Noisy repair work done outside our window at 7.00 am. Also, we could easily hear all of the noise in rooms around us and above us. No aircon meant we had to leave the windows open or we could not sleep. Very frustrating.

The location is very good - close to Lake Bled and the main bus station (both less than a 3 minute walk). The reception staff were friendly although only some spoke good english. The room was clean and had enough room for my wife and i - although no tea/coffee facilities (which we knew in advance) and the decor was a little old but it wasn't a concern for us.

The kindness of the staff, the landcape (take a room with a lake view) and the quality of the hotel for a very low price.

Location and cleanliness were excellent, we also liked the self-service breakfast.

The furnishings and decor are very dated.

My wife and I believe that first empressions are the lasting ones. On entering the Hotel we were greeted and made to feel at ease and one felt that they had deffinatly made the right choice of Hotel. The restaurant staff and of course the food were excelent. On our departure at 5.30am we were offered something to eat although the restaurant was closed. This kind of service really impressed us.

The Icing on the cake would have been to have tea making facilities in our room, you know us brits we love to make a cuppa even in the middle of the night sometimes. I had an upset tummy and was not able to make a warm drink.
