The hotel is located between the Alps in a good place. Cosy rooms, nice view of the Alps, hot shower, good service, big breakfast

It appeared to be not too well kept up in the grounds, and small maintainable.

Clean, convenient and picturesque setting.

all the staff were realy nice,had a problem when checking out,had already paid for my trip 6 to 8 week in advannce,but the lady at reception said i had not payed,and would have to pay again,no home i have to sort out the problem,getting a refund back from the hotel takes a lot of time,which i don,t have eg phone calls and faxing of bills

Great location, very accomodating staff. Rooms were very plain, but totally functional. Dinner buffet was actually very good, and the prices were reasonable. Over all a nice stay and we will be back.

The front desk was minimally staffed. One very busy young lady on the evening shift, and again only one girl on the dayshift. And each time we needed front desk service we stood in line while the poor girl answered phones, handled customers, and even ran back and forth upstairs to deal with something while a line of customers waited. Definitely need more front desk help!!!

alll'entrata del centro benessere dovrebbero sottolineare che la struttura e' usufruibili senza costumi ne vestiti. c'e un po di confusione gente con il costume e gente no.cibo un po poco vario e fantasioso.

Doccia da ristrutturare non stava scritto da nessuna parte che le terme ( la parte delle saune, bagno turco e dell'idromassaggio) non erano incluse nel soggiorno ma dovevano essere pagate a parte

Osoblje hotela, samo ono na recepciji i u restoranu je vise nego ljubazno. iznenadila nas je neljubaznost decka u wellnessu i cistacice.

Nije nem se svidjelo naknadno naplacivanje saune, rucnika za bazen i ogrtaca. Na stranici booking.com u opisu sobe stoji parketni pod sto nije tocna informacija. U sobama se nalazi tepison.

Für diesen Preis kann ich das Hotel nur loben. Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

La ubicación con bonitas vistas de la montaña. El libre acfeso a la piscina cubierta. Personal de recepción muy amable que se esforzaba por atendernos en castellano.

Man könnte für die Getränke beim Abendessen eine pauschale rechnen und nicht jeden Abend die Getränke kassieren somit muss man immer ein Geld mitnehmen zum essen

KUPAONICE SU STARE, PRLJAVE I DOTRAJALE (TRAJNA PRLJAVŠTINA KOJA IZGLEDA KAO NEOČIŠĆENA)... MISLIM DA JE TO HOTEL KOJI ŽIVI NA STAROJ SLAVI... NA JADRANU SU TAKVI HOTELI BILI PRIJE 20 GODINA... Personale fantastico, molto disponibile, competente e gentile. Ottima posizione, l'hotel è pulito e molto bello. Colazione e cena abbondanti e di qualità.

Lokacija. Hotelska soba je primerne velikosti in čista. osebje prijazno.

Na balkonu bi morala biti miza. Bazen je preplitek, voda pretopla. Osebje se pri zajtrku nekoliko preveč ukvarja s sedežnim redom.
