Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

The icy bar in the hotel lobby is the centre of hotel activities, but you can also be served in the garden.

das Hotel ist Zentral gelegen, die Austattung gut, das Personal freundlich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war nicht Ok. Für einen Saunagang musste ein Aufpreis von 6,50 Euro pro Person bezahlt werden |

Die zentrale Lage im Ort Kranjska Gora hat für diesen Aufenthalt seinen Zweck erfüllt. Großzügige Badelandschaft und super 4 Sterne Frühstück. Frühstück gibt es bis 10 Uhr, leider wird bereits ab 09.30 Uhr angefangen, dass Buffet abzubauen und die Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr erfreut, wenn man als Gast "so spät" zum Frühstücken erscheint. Am Abreisetag darf man bis 11 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben, allerdings wurde das Bett schon abgezogen während wir um 9 Uhr beim Frühstück waren!!!!! |
