Hotel and all the staff were fantastic>really clean on a daily basis.resturant was really good value

we had room 101 which faced the front of the building,at 4.30 am every morning lots of lorries and diggers pulled up outside the hotel causing lots of noise only to have breakfast in the bar next door so on that point would not revisit this hotel

Romana our receptionist was great, so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in KG. Breakfast was very good and well presented. Hotel itself was immaculately clean and quiet

Was pleasantly surprised with hotel. Was nicer than I was expecting with clean nice hotel, good rooms and great view. Was also very good value for money as well. Would recommend it.

Only minor thing but wireless in the rooms was very slow and once we went down to ask for a cup of tea but man behind the bar very abruptly told me it was closed and I was too late.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms large and fully equipped Great restaurant and pizzeria attached Would definitely recommend this hotel, it's in a great location and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff really made our stay so enjoyable!!

It was a really nice place. Staff was really helpful, always willing to help, rooms were clean and nice and breakfast was ok.

Lovely staff who went out of their way to help you, lovely breakfasts , great location right in the centre of town so I could sit on the little terrace with a coffee (all free of charge) and watch the world go by.

My only negative comment is that despite providing wifi throughout the hotel the connection was very erratic on my iPhone and I couldn't easily download emails. However I didn't come expecting this so any facility is a bonus (I am a business owner so often need to respond to work things when away) . However the staff were very helpful and let me use their computer on several occasions when I needed Internet access more urgently.

Central and quiet

Food was not as good as described by other reviews. Just grilled meat nothing special

We had originally booked to stay for 3 nights but unfortunately my husband was admitted to hospital. The management and staff could not have been more helpful.....they offered to take us to the hospital and even to make sandwiches for us to take and when our stay had to be extended, they accommodated us in a new room and helped me to move the luggage. They were caring and considerate and showed genuine concern. The hotel itself is in the centre of Kransjka gora with plenty of cafes, bars and specialist shops and breathtaking scenery. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable with all needs catered for. The restaurant was always busy ( a good sign), but staff were attentive and food well cooked, presented and tasty, with huge portions. Menu was generally the same but a good selection. Breakfast selection was good......Eggs and bacon, cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit,a good range of cereals and very delicious squadgy bread.

No lift, there are only two floors but carrying luggage up was hard going.

The Hotel Kotnik is situated in the very heart of Kranskja Gora and is convenient for all facilities and sports access. The hotel itself is bright cheerful and finished to a very high standard. The rooms are very well appointed and are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and will do that little bit extra to recognise you as an individual with your own special requirements.They are always aware that they are there to make your stay pleasant and not to try and make you conform to their regime. We were unable to stay longer!!!

EXC location for National Park and Ski Resort area, great food at the restaurant, nice, comfortable room., bakery, bank and grocery store wihtin a few minutes stroll.

Limited WIFI service, but was told it was out throughout the village. Very limited shopping, and what there was was expensive..

Veramente un gran bel hotel, lo consiglio per passare dei giorni di relax nella bianchissima slovenia. Ci tornero' sicuramente.

La colazione è scarsa e il caffè si paga a parte.

Gibt nichts zum sagen

obsługa mówi lepiej po angielsku, niż wielu angoli, centrum urokliwego miasteczka, blisko fantastyczny bar z muzyką na żywo, smaczne jedzonko, przestronne pokoje, standard europejskie! ****, nie ma sie do czego przyczepić !

mogłoby być ciut bliżej stoku... ale to już czepianie się na siłę
